Impressive, clean, comfortable, quiet, easy access, only laundry is not available. But overall we are satisfied and God willing will return to Scarlett.

It's so much fun to stay here. Cheap price but luxurious look. Spacious room with unique theme. If you stay here, don't forget to stop by the pool area at night because the view is beautiful, you can just sit around or swim, the pool area closes at 10 pm. Deposit 200rm but it will be returned when we check out. There is a small mini market in the lobby area. For those who want to leave their luggage, you can also pay but it's cheap, it's also calculated daily not per hour.

Strategic location and the rooms are also very comfortable.

If you go to Kuala Lumpur, it is highly recommended to stay here. Apart from being close to the center, the accommodation here is clean, comfortable and has the best facilities.

The room is very nice and spacious. The view from the room is also awesome.

Close to KLCC, check in and check out process is relatively easy, although unfortunately you have to deposit 200 ringgit cash. Thankfully there is an ATM in the lobby. Food is not easy to get. You have to order or go out. Affordable price.

The hotel is nice and clean but unfortunately it can't be cleaned.

It's a bit difficult to find food near this area, but transportation can be anywhere.

The staff was friendly and provided good service.

We had a really good time during our stay at Scarletz hotel. The atmosphere was pleasant, and everything was clean and comfortable. We especially want to mention the staff at the reception - there’s a gentleman with bald hair who was incredibly friendly and kind. He made check-in smooth and always greeted us with a smile. Great service overall!

I book a room with bathtub, but unfortunately the window for bathtub not fully covered by closing curtain. I think it still can be seeing from outside. I hope they will make it for more privacy. I would love to come again if there’s update for this case.

Hotel location is good but cleanliness is not good enough

The check in process were very smooth, staffs were helpful and welcome you with a nice gesture. A deposit should be keep when you do a check in and you can get it back on the day you check out from hotel by showing the receipt. There’s a small minimarket near the receptionist and could be your rescue when you need to buy things like light foods, toothbrush, etc. The room where I stayed in was equipped with two (2) pots and a cutting board, so I can’t cooked easy foods like fried egg although the other utensils like a spatula were there. I tried the swimming pools and the view was super! Pools opened from 7 AM - 10 PM and will be closed when it’s raining. Tips: don’t go there at night time cause it’s breezy unless you can bear the cold. This room had 2 aircon + 1 fan, and somehow I just opened 1 aircon while sleeping cause it’s very cold. Overall I enjoyed my stay here although you need a little walk from let say, Suria KLCC or train station. There will be a RM5 deposit if you want to store your luggage in their storage room.

Anyway, I am very grateful because my parents really like staying at Scarletz Suites. The location is very strategic and very close to Syria KLCC, just a few minutes walk. Chowkit is also very close. Everything is strategic, thank you. God willing, I will come back here if I go to Malaysia again. Thank you so much Scarletz Suites

Clean. Comfortable. Great facilities.

Unresponsive staff. Everything we asked for was hard to deliver. The elevator took a long time. The location is very bad. It's hard to buy food. The place is not family friendly. The guests are cap cay, aka not qualified. Don't be tempted by the cheap price.

location close to KLCC. can be reached by walking leisurely 10 minutes at 10 pm check in is still at the table for the room everything is okay. there is a mini kitchenEHKHNJ with equipment and a refrigerator and microwave clean room swimming pool is quite artistic
