I have stayed here several times and the breakfast is always complete, this time it is not like usual, there are no more pastries which are the mainstay of breakfast at Grand Santa, the menu is also ordinary, the room is clean, the service is still good

For solo travelers like me, I like the room. It's simple, not so big, clean, and light.

During my 3 nights stay here, the hotel was comfortable, only the lobby was a bit small, the gym facilities were also complete... basically I don't regret staying here.

The room very clean. Staff very helpful. Easy check in and check out. Location very near from LRT and other tourism place. Recommend for next trip.

The staff is friendly and room was okay, food was okay. Unfortunately for me as business traveler, the free park is to limited and need to use valet parking (pricey).

Nice room, clean, pool view is also very good, just far when looking for food, and the staff is not very informative when asked about destinations in Kuala Lumpur, they should be more expert in answering, especially in the concierge and receptionist sections helping guests from outside Malaysia. Breakfast is not too varied but perfect, all delicious.

The hotel, the staff 's all are great. The food were nice, but can't say like its a very good one. Then very unfortunately they don't have any parking building. Only got 10 lot for parking behind the hotel, and we asked for valet parking, they say can't because our car is too low.

Nice hotel, the city view from the room looks perfect, but when checking in, they were only given the key without being delivered as there was a difference in service between us and other guests and they looked a bit rude to us.

The hotel has good service, the breakfast is quite diverse and edible, the room is small but quite airy, this area is also quite close to the dining and entertainment center, quiet at night and not noisy.

Very satisfying stay here, strategic location and no vehicle noise, very friendly staff, clean rooms and the food is also delicious. Highly recommended.

Kamar bersih dan bagus, makanan banyak dan bervariasi serta dekat ke kota. Pelayanan cepat dan sesuai. Lingkungan nya bagus dan bersih.

Breakfast enak. View kolam renang rooftopnya juga luar biasa sih. Dapet KL tower sama twin tower. Apalagi malem. Beughh. Kamar bagus. Fasilitas oke. Cuma kamar superiornya agak kecil. Sana lokasinya agak jauh dari keramaian. Jadi kalau mau ke lokasi wisata, harus naik taxi/grab lagi. Kalau jalan agak jauh.

Hotel nya bagus, lokasi strategis, pelayanan ramah. Worth it.

The rooms and bathrooms are clean, the rooms are spacious, the staff is very friendly and very helpful, the check-in process is fast, there are many kinds of breakfast and it tastes quite good. Very aesthetic hotel.

Kamar kecil tapi nyaman kalau tamu lagi sepi kebetulan kami check in weekday tamu gak rame sih pas 1 malam terakhir crowded banget suara bising dari kamar sebelah terdengar kencang karena dindingnya tipis banget, smart tv 50-50 jadi ba pake akun Netflix sendiri, makan selama 4 hari 3 malam itu-itu aja rasa so so lah beda sama hotel bintang 4 di Indo, cuma makan wafflenya sama buah-buahan doang tapi cukup mengganjal perut. Lokasi not bad depan dilalui gokl blue line, hospitality perlu ditingkatkan. Kalau harga 500rban pas lah katanya harga normalnya 800rban kayaknya ketinggian kalau segitu mending nyari hotel lain deh, request gak akan ditanggapi sama hotel ini mending kalau acara wedding anniversary ke premiera aja deh free upgrade room corner di lantai paling tinggi dengan view yang amazing twin tower, KL tower dan merdeka 118 terlihat memukau harga juga hanya 750rb udah breakfast 2 orang.

Check in cepat, kamar luas dan bersih, kamar mandi bersih, staff sangat baik dan sangat membantu, lokasi strategis dekat dengan mall dan tempat makan. Breakfast macamnya banyak dan enak.
