The staff is fast and friendly, close to the mosque and Simpang Gumul town square, at night it is also busy with a night market

The hotel staff is friendly. When checking in, the receptionist asked if we had booked a non-smoking room. The answer was yes, but when we entered the room it smelled of cigarette smoke. We went back downstairs and asked for a different room.

Close to the Simpang Lima Gumul Monument and there is a restaurant.

Sahur at 3.15 am. The side dishes were all gone. Terrible. There was only one hotel staff, poor thing, he was exhausted even though it was crowded at that time.

The receptionist is friendly and helpful. Room using google assistant service and no more telephone available in room. Even sometimes the wifi connection interrupted but it is okay. The pool facility is for hotel guest only.
