Very clean, excellent staff, only the room is not quite soundproof.

From the start of check in, the reception was unfriendly, even fierce, far from the MRT, the room was small.

The only minus is 1, the breakfast menu is small compared to hotels with the same star rating, and the taste of the food is just ordinary.

Great location with plenty of food options around.

Very clean and hygiene room. There is express check-out which is very convenient for guests too.

A pleasant and enjoyable stay. Check in took a while due to long queues, perhaps the hotel should consider increasing the numbers of front desk staff to cope with large numbers of customers. Otherwise, the service, amenities, location and room were good and to my satisfaction.

The food at breakfast was very messy, because many tourists took their food carelessly and didn't finish it.

It was an amazing experience for me and my friends!

Good and modern hotel with comfortable bed. Staff was attentive to fulfill request due to room aircon. Breakfast is good with enough varieties. Will definitely stay here again in future.
