Don't get lost. Nothing is ready.

The room was clean and ok except the bathroom ceiling had a big hole, mold and water was dripping down, making the washing area unusable and rusty and getting water dripped from the ceiling.

Too bad for the listed room rate. Convenient location to visit the Golden Temple

The shower had problem, the receptionist was absent as usual, we need help but we can't ask.

Booked a superior queen room with a window but actually got a standard room with no window. The bathroom equipment is old, the bidet is broken, and there is no room cleaning service.

I have stayed there for 2 nights, and it was an amazing place, nice people. I was really impressed with this hotel.

Stayed here for the 2nd time and thought it would be good, but it was worse than before. The first time, the room next door was smelly with cigarette smoke. The 2nd time, the room was not clean. The room looked like it had been used before staying. There were drinking water bottles left behind and toilet paper in the bin. Overall, the room was not tidy before selling to customers. Will not stay here again.

The hotel room looks new but the bathroom amenities are rusty. Temporary accommodation price is almost 2km to Chinatown. The bed is rusted and the towels are old and torn. I will not come back next time.

The place is okay. The room is okay. The only problem is that the customers smoke in the room and the smell is annoying.

The hotel is cute and there are lots of photo spots. The only disadvantage is that the rooms are not very soundproof and the beds are loud. Nong Reception, named Phachara, is cute and very caring, giving excellent advice and service. Overall, there were a few problems with the room, but the service was excellent and it was forgivable.

คืนที่ 1 จองห้อง Deluxe รวมอาหารเช้า คืนที่ 2 จองห้อง Superior ไม่รวมอาหารเช้า คืนที่ 1 เข้าเช็คอินตอนเย็นๆ ไม่ได้ห้องตามที่จอง เนื่องจากทางโรงแรมแจ้งว่าอ่างชำรุด ยังซ่อมไม่เสร็จ เลยเปลี่ยนเป็นห้อง Superior ให้ และได้ตกลงกันว่าคืนที่ 2 จะเปลี่ยนเป็นห้อง Deluxe (ห้อง 101 มีอ่าง) ตอนเช้าให้มาแจ้งที่ Reception ได้เลยว่าย้ายไปห้อง 101 ทางโรงแรมจะรีบซ่อมให้เสร็จทันเรากลับมาพัก เราก็ออกไปเที่ยวทั้งวัน ตอนค่ำๆทางโรงแรมโทรมาแจ้งว่ายังซ่อมไม่เสร็จ ให้เราพักห้อง Superior เหมือนเดิม ถามว่าเราจะโอเคไหม เราเลยถามเรื่องส่วนต่างค่าห้อง แต่ทางโรงแรมชดเชยเป็นอาหารเช้าให้แทน ก็โอเคในส่วนนี้ค่ะ เข้าใจทางโรงแรมและรับได้ แต่เช้าวันที่ 2 เราขึ้นไปกินข้าว บังเอิญได้ยินลูกค้าที่ขึ้นมาทีหลัง แจ้งพนักงานว่า ห้อง 101 ก็เลยเสียความรู้สึกนิดหน่อยที่ได้รู้ว่ามีลูกค้าเข้าพักห้องนี้ ทั้งๆที่บอกเราว่าจะให้เข้าพักห้องนี้ แล้วก็แอบสงสัยว่าทำไมถึงแจ้งเราว่ายังซ่อมไม่เสร็จ แต่เราก็ไม่ได้ถามอะไรนะคะ เพราะว่าจะเช็คเอาท์แล้ว แค่รู้สึกเสียดายที่ตั้งใจอยากจะพักห้องนี้ ก่อนไปก็ดูรีวิวจากหลายที่ จองไปตามรีวิว แต่ไม่เป็นไรค่ะ ห้องที่เราพักก็โอเคดี ไม่ได้มีปัญหาอะไร ส่วนที่โรงแรมก็ตกแต่งสวย มีมุมให้ถ่ายรูปเยอะ นอนหลับสบายดีค่ะ ไว้มีโอกาสจะกลับไปพักห้อง Deluxe ใหม่นะคะ
