Close to UNM and easy walk to shops

This place was super cute for the price in the location was good for walking to and getting delivery from some cute restaurants. The room was simple but clean, bed comfortable, and you could tell they tried really hard to make it cute. My only complaint is getting someone on the phone ahead of time was very difficult. But once they’re the front desk, staff were probably the nicest front desk I’ve ever interacted with. I like that you could text people questions.

The Hotel Zazz experience is unique, colorful, friendly, and quirky. The location is great for nicely casual dining, art viewing, and just kicking back.

Excellent location for eating, watching the Christmas parade, shopping and brewery hopping.

Absolutely loved our stay, everything was clean and smelt amazing! The colors and the atmosphere were such an experience, even my daughter said it’s the coolest place she’s ever stayed. The front desk was friendly and attentive as well as making sure anything we needed was accommodated.

During the night some drunk or homeless man was singing loud, in the parking lot and woke me up, didn’t want to yell at him and have him damage cars so I let him be, and there was a bubble in the bathroom ceiling from water I think, repairs need to be done

Check in dude was super friendly and on his game. The room is adorable. Plenty of hot water, towels, and safety. I can contest that the bed is comfy and clean of unwanted guests (critters).

The room was small not enough chairs to sit in. Bathroom was cold. Can hear everything outside and lots of noisy traffic. Do not recommend if you want a good nights rest. Charge for parking which should be included

A fun, eclectic place. We loved everything about it from the giraffe in our room to the speakeasy lounge!

the property itself looks cute. however, our room was dirty. the toilet had hair on it and so did the shower. the bathroom has poor ventilation if you shower & don’t open a window. the speakeasy is cool and unique. not a lot of parking so beware during peak seasons! we didn’t have any issues though. for being women owned, i wish the room had more safety features. our bathroom window didn’t properly lock (it was loose) so we had to put a hanger in the window to make sure it wouldn’t open for our comfort. and the main door lock was finicky for our room. it’s a cute property and has potential.

I loved everything about this place! Highly recommend, 10/1, you should stay here! Communication with staff was amazing because they were just a text message away and the paint job face lift this hotel had was absolutely gorgeous! Thank you so much!

This an older building that has been remodeled by amateurs. This is not a 5 star hotel. This is a clean 3 star hotel.

After staying in other properties around Albuquerque I’ve found the perfect location. Friendly service and super convenient to everything you want.
