Located in the city center, the surrounding area is busy with many sellers, so if you want to have dinner, just walk in front of the hotel, there are already many sellers. The hotel is also new. It's great.

although for parking access is limited, the security officers are all fast response and quick to respond to valet, well done, for the room overall it meets my expectations, maybe because the room I got was a smoking room so there was still a trace of smoke smell, it was quite stuffy when I first entered. but it's okay I can still tolerate it.

First time staying here, the room is comfortable and clean. For breakfast is complete and delicious only the place is not spacious enough so it is difficult to get a seat when it is crowded.

I was disappointed because when I wanted to enter the room before I could but suddenly the access card could not be used to enter, I went back to the receptionist without explaining why and did not apologize for the inconvenience. Several times in the room the electricity went out even though the access card had been stored in its place. For food and housekeeping services are quite good and friendly. Hopefully it will be fixed for some feedback from me, thank you

friendly staff
it's just a shame the hotel towels are ugly, many are torn at the bottom...the hotel pillows are uncomfortable, it's not good either when you look at the pillows, they look ugly.
breakfast porridge is not hot enough, the porridge is cold.
please fix it so I can stay there again.

Have stayed at the Cordela Suites Tasikmalaya hotel several times because of its strategic location, close to culinary, easy access, always good service, clean, comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast.
