The towels are no longer usable. The hotel is nice but the towels are inferior to the lower class accommodations. Add hangers if there is no closet.

When I stayed at this hotel for a family vacation, the hotel staff were too relaxed, it was far from the city center.

Had a nice stay with my wife for IDR 208,000.- (weekend) at this sparkly clean 3-floor budget hotel. We got a spacious double room on the third floor with a comfortable bed, a good working AC, a long wall table and small bedside tables, a sink, clothes hangers, and a flat screen TV with good reception (free TV channels). We got two free mineral water bottles, two comfortable towels, two tooth brushes with tooth paste, and tissue paper. A spacious bathroom with very good hot water for shower and a Western style toilet with a toilet shower jet. Good free WiFi. The fabulous City Lotus View Tower was visible from the room window. A shared balcony and a corner with a table and couches. A shared pantry with dining tables and chairs on the ground floor. Friendly and helpful service. We had hot drinks delivered to the room (IDR 5,000.- each). A vast parking yard for cars and buses, and the basement also offers a spacious parking space for motorbikes and cars. Minuses: no chair and wardrobe in the room, no elevator, no shampoo and liquid body soap.

The receptionist service was stiff. No smile at all, let alone friendly. I had ordered from the application with a special request, but it turned out that the C/i was still asked for money again
