the receptionist and other staff are rude and provocative, disrespectful, and the ID card, you don't need to hold my ID card actually because my full name and ID number are clearly stated in my reservation. the pillows are crushed and shabby, the sheets and bedcovers smell of men, uncleaned properly

9/10 overall very good, friendly staff service, fast response, spacious swimming pool, the plus point is if the room walls are repainted again to make it more cool ☺️😍

For that price, it's quite good, but the security is not strict. I was reprimanded for swimming without wearing a swimsuit, just wearing a t-shirt and shorts, and was immediately told to get in and not be allowed to swim, while in the next pool there were women swimming in their pajamas, it's okay.
