The lobby is very beautiful. There are small art galleries in various corners. I am very impressed. The design is very beautiful, even on the walls and walkways. Later, in the room section, the reception upgraded the room. I guess it was because it was low season and there were few guests. They might want us to stay in the same building because there are 7 buildings in total. At first, we got a room in building 7 and the staff moved us to building 3, which is close to the lobby in building 2. It was a stroke of luck. The room was clean, beautiful, comfortable, the air conditioner was cool, the water flowed strongly, and there was alkaline water. I was impressed. But the downside is that the room is not very soundproof. You can hear everything the other room does, plus the sound of airplanes taking off and landing all night. But for us, it was acceptable. The hotel has a shuttle service to Nimman and nearby areas, but it was raining on the day we came, so we took our own car, but we could borrow an umbrella from the counter (you have to leave 1 key card). As for the parking lot, it is quite a lot, but that's it. There are a lot of buildings, so it might take a while to understand. Overall, it is very good. The safety is good from the entrance. This time, I booked without food because I wanted to eat at an outside restaurant. Next time I come back, I will try the food. This time, 10/10. 🫶🏻✨💖 P.S. This score is for all the staff as well. 😊😊

The hotel is very good. The staff named Champ provides excellent service. No matter how many times I come here, she is always lovely. She even remembers me. Next time, I will stay here again.

Overall the hotel was comfortable, only the receptionist and room has different location, also the public facilities. It made me bit confused and often to asked to the staff. However, the staff were very kind and courteous. The hotel also serve the buggy car to whom would like move from one building to another. The room was very clean and love the bathroom, very suitable and comfortable. Simple but nice.

Very very very very good. New hotel, clean. All staffs provide good service. When walking past the housekeeper, the housekeeper still smiles and greets me. Convenient to travel. At first, I thought if it would be noisy because it is next to Tawan Daeng, but I could barely hear any noise. The sound of the plane flying past was even louder. If I have a chance, I will definitely stay here again.

The rooms are very good. Close to Nimman, convenient to drive, high safety. You must scan your card to enter the elevator. Breakfast has a lot to choose from, lots of variety, lots of seating. The restaurant is in another building. Separated from the room, there is a coffee dispenser. Vegetables and fruits are kept in a refrigerator to maintain freshness. //Beautiful and luxurious rooms There is no wardrobe, but there are hanging rails, a large, soft bed, good quality, a refrigerator, a safe, a sofa with lots of plug-ins. There are both bedrooms and bathrooms. The bathroom is very beautiful and very large. The toilet is an automatic flushing type. Big round mirror with LED lights, very beautiful, very pleasing. Everything is very good, lots of parking, near Tawan Daeng // there is a gym, swimming pool, and the hotel's own shop. For selling utensils, cosmetics, medicine, we have it all. Anyone looking for a place to stay in Chiang Mai near Nimman, I recommend it.

The app does not provide any details about the additional charge for a king-size bed room, and the staff did not solve the problem at all, only taking a screenshot of the app that did not provide any details. The cleanliness of the room was quite disappointing. There was a toothpick on the floor at the head of the bed, and the cushion on the sofa had a large stain. In the lobby, the maid was asked to push the bed together as the staff suggested, but the bed was not pushed, so I had to push it myself. Overall, it is a good hotel, but not impressive, and I will not recommend it to my acquaintances to stay again.

พนักงานบริการดี lobby ห้องอาหาร โถงทางเดิน โปร่งสบาย สระว่ายน้ำ ฟิตเนสเล็กไปหน่อย คนใช้บริการเยอะ เหมาะสำหรับการมาพักเพื่อไปทำธุระ มากกว่าพักผ่อนเพื่อความชิว ผนังห้องบางไปหน่อยได้ยินเสียงภายนอกค่อนข้างชัดเจน มีซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตร้านอาหารด้านล่างโรงแรม สะดวกสบายดี ที่จอดรถกว้างขวาง โดยรวมแล้วประทับใจค่ะ ไว้จะมาอีกเวลามาทำธุระที่เชียงใหม่ ราคาเหมาะสมดีแล้วค่ะ

Don't use app anymore. My booking around 15000Bhat 4 nights not included breakfast. But booking with hotel is only 12000 bath 4 nights including breakfast, so bad.
