The bed is very soft and comfortable to sleep.

The room price includes breakfast. The first day was fried eggs + sausage + bread + coffee + orange juice. The second day was not provided at all. There was no water in the room. Come down to the front desk, there was no staff, called, no one answered the phone. When I walked in to check out I said I had breakfast first. Nothing but coffee The room smells a bit damp.

Location quite far from beach. Room & bed was quite big, just the air ventilation for toilet was smelly. Overall, it was a good stay.

Clean room, safe place to have 24 hour security staff. Good front staff. But should have better service, there is a swimming pool

A muslim friendly hotel. Room is spacious with decent amenities. The food is ok but what makes it great is the hospitality of the staff. They can speak either English or Malay.
