The hotel only provided one chair, and when I raised an objection, the staff insisted that the room should only have one. After showing him a picture from the booking site, he claimed it was a mistake by a third-party app. Only when I asked him to check the hotel’s official website did he finally agree to upgrade my room.
The upgraded room had plastic pieces on the sofa, foreign objects on the carpet that could be picked up, and hair in the bathtub.
The breakfast experience was poor. Despite dining for two, the server only provided one set of tableware. Even after calling multiple times, they didn’t bring another set, so I had to take one from another table myself.
The hotel did not change the bed sheets or duvet cover at all. The pillowcase had visible stains, and after cleaning the next day, the stains were still there.
