Very comfortable hotel, very spacious hotel lobby and very satisfying service. Especially during check in and check out fast and very helpful by the staff Mr. Rafsanjani

at night the view is beautiful, you can sit and relax on the balcony. access to the mall is very close, only the food is not suitable for my tongue. but the rest is good and satisfied staying at fugo hotel. even if there is something left behind, we are contacted..

The exhaust did not work in the bathroom during the 3 days 2 nights stay, causing an unpleasant odor to enter the room/bed. Replacement of hotel slippers that had been taken by the Cleaning Service because they were wet did not come. The limited number of foot mats in the bathroom made the bathroom wet and uncomfortable.

this was second experience stayed at Fugo, 1st one was excellent, everything was perfect, but second one had a minus about the cleanest especially at the bath room and at the mini bar, the corner at the floor was not clean, and at mini bar was dusty.

friendly staff, smiling, and when checking in, we were constrained by the room we booked being empty and wanted to be transferred to another room we booked. We had no choice but to add, we were told to choose a room above it, the atmosphere was comfortable, we got a really good view which is not like usual, the food was all variations, very tasty, family friendly. but there is no Netflix on the smart TV, it's a shame. thank you, it will be great again

For a hotel like Fugo, breakfast is not very varied and the taste of the food needs to be improved both for breakfast and in the cafe.

Always satisfied with this hotel, I have been there twice and even though the price is quite high, I don't feel like I've lost out.

Friendly staff, clean room, spacious room, broad variety of buffet with good taste. Kids friendly with clean playground, would be nice to have more toys around. Recommended hotel in Samarinda.

Still the first choice for staying with family in Samarinda city.

It's very fun, there are lots of choices for food in the mall.

Next to the mall, you can get a room facing the river, the best view but walking access to the hotel is a bit far at night after the mall closes.

The parking lot is spacious. The breakfast is super luxurious and varied, lots of choices.

Sorry the room is still a bit dirty, it seems the carpet is not vacuumed because there are still hair and dirt such as rice flakes, dust, and used plastic bottle caps. Hopefully in the future the carpet will be cleaner. For the staff, all are friendly and always greet you, the breakfast is also delicious.

Overall the hotel is good, but you can't borrow towels, it seems like they're stingy with the facilities, very different from most hotels, you can't borrow an iron either.

Elevator very busy at checkout time. The rest is ok.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, there are many choices for breakfast, the taste is standard, the swimming pool is nice with a view of the Mahakam River, basically it's really nice at Fugo, it's worth the price.. awesome 👍

Parking is difficult, sometimes parking spaces are only for luxury cars

stepping through the lobby, it was very welcoming atmosphere, beautiful reception area with big screen on the back (theme was Eid when we visited). the staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. the breakfast were amazing. The location of the hotel is great (inside the mall). The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view (Mahakam river). Will be back soon..😀
