I stayed 2 nights last week in Purnama Hotel. Location is good. Food was not good. Just OK. Room OK. Since the room located across the lobby, you need to install phone in each room. So that your guests no need to walk down the stairs and try to find the staff for any assistance needed. The size of room not big. If we bring large suitcase, then your space in the room to go here and there will be limited. The reason we stay in this hotel was because you have restaurant just by the lake. Anyway, I suggest you consider hire a good chef, pay attention to uniform of the staff and train them well. Not because some of them disappointed us, just to bring your hotel to next level.

Had a very pleasant stay in Purnama Hotel. The facilites are quite complete and the food is mostly good. The view here are the best. All staffs are helpful. Thank you!

One star but highly recommended

One of my favorites when going to Balige. It is located on the edge of the lake. The dining place with a really nice lake view. It's really fun to hang out there at night enjoying the night breeze of Lake Toba. The room is small but suitable for solo travelers. Neat, clean. Transfer to Silangit airport for 100,000 (or 150,000?) is very helpful.

The location is great because near Toba lake.

During breakfast, it was impressed that the staff differentiated service between neatly dressed and plainly dressed customers (t-shirts). When I checked in the room was not ready, even though it was already 3 pm. And I got a room in a 2-story building, as a result, in terms of view, the room size is not really recommended. Even though the rate I paid was quite higher than the normal rate.

30 minutes from Lintasit airport. Delicious food. Nice view. Restaurant on the lake. You can do karaoke too

We did not expect much from the hotel, so we had not complained when we arrived and found that there was a hole in the bedsheets. But upon check out they still asked us to pay for the damage we didn't do. They also said it was our fault because we did not complain when we saw the damage on the bedsheets. We suggest anyone staying at this hotel complain as much as possible so that you will not be responsible for their faults. There were also not a lot of choices for the meal.

Plus points: 1. Lokasinya top banget terutama saat makan di restoran yang langsung di tepi danau Toba. 2. Pelayanannya ramah. 3. Kamar bersih. 4. Fasilitas kamar baik. 5. Menu sarapan yang beragam. Saran perbaikan: 1. Pintu ruangan mohon diperiksa sebab harus diberi minyak. 2. Suara staf yang cukup keras saat bicara. Terima kasih. Semoga maju terus.

Ada kamar yang bau. Ke restorannya bayar cash tp kembaliannya untuk basa basi d balikin aja enggak ada. 😅.

Enak kalo ambil yg sweet room, kalo room yg sebrang ga ada lift jadi naik tangga.

Nyaman dan sangat cocok untuk berlibur tepat di samping danau. Pemandangan yang sangat indah. Kamar juga OK.

Kami menginap dari tanggal 9 april dan akan cek out tgl 12 april nanti, beli kamar harga 1,6 juta per malam, berharap dapet view yang bagus. Ternyata kamar nya seperti kamar kos-kosan. Semua tembok. Cuma ada jendela kecil di atas, dan ga dapat view apa-apa. Kamar sangat kecil, lantai kurang bersih, plafon kamar juga banyak bekas-bekas bocor dan paling mengecewakan wifi nya mati. Bolak balek kami lapor ke resepsionis, tp ga ditanggapi. Benar-benar liburan yang mengecewakan. Pengen liburan yang menyenangkan dengan view alam danau toba, tp kenyataan nya seperti ini.
