the food choices at breakfast are not too varied, but the taste is good. too bad the food in the cafe is always empty. even though the menu is interesting with affordable prices.

At first I was hesitant because the vibe of the hotel was like a castle or a small palace, afraid it would be haunted :). It turned out that the hotel was bright, elegant, very clean, the linen was still very white and crispy, the bed was also quite big in the twin room and the staff were also friendly. Will come back again if I have the chance to go to Brebes again.

First tried to choose this hotel through traveloka, wanted to prove whether what was displayed in the hotel profile was in accordance with the actual. After going there, it turned out to be appropriate and quite comfortable with a competitive price.

Can't sleep because the AC is facing my head, if the fan is turned down it becomes hot, and if it is turned up it becomes noisy and the strong wind hits my face, breakfast is just so-so, the staff is friendly and kind.

When you first enter the room, there are used tissues from previous customers, it must not have been cleaned and the sheets and pillowcases were not replaced. Then ask for new ones, but what is more surprising is that the new pillowcase that was just requested was dirtier and moldy than the one that was already installed. Oh well. What else can I do. Then go into the toilet, there is no toilet tissue. The condition of the towels is really not decent. For a Deluxe room with that price, it is not worth it at all. The only good thing is the swimming pool, it looks clean and the room is spacious. For the food, there are lots of flies, not like a 3-star hotel.

Ordering through Treveloka is easier and cheaper.

Hotel Berbintang terkotor yang pernah di dateng in, debu, kasur ada rambut, debu dan warna sprei bukan putih tapi Abu2 sangking dekil ya. Karena gak bisa di refund terpaksa harus tetap tinggal. Minta ganti kamar pun tetap sama.

Because the closest place to rest was this hotel, so I stayed here, according to the price, it was actually good, but it wasn't clean enough, the bathroom curtain was moldy, the pillowcases weren't clean either, I asked for new ones to be installed but she said there weren't any more, but It doesn't matter if I'm tired of traveling, I can still sleep too, thank you, cleanliness and service have been further improved.

Very disappointed with the management, I stayed on April 17-18, 2024, coincidentally when I stayed there was an owner's dinner event. The live music was so noisy that it penetrated the room. My whole family couldn't sleep. It was already 10:20 which is already very late at night. I have asked to move rooms but the management did not approve because they said my request could not be fulfilled because it was not a complaint about the room. Even though the room was empty according to the receptionist. The receptionist said that the management could only leave messages of apology. Even though I'm sure this, if the owner knew, he would not be stingy, just moving the room for the comfort of the user.

Comfortable hotel but dirty sheets, moldy bathroom curtains, water in the corridor. Lots of dust.
