I had two booking during my stay in this hotel, and same with the other booking their lack area is receptionist. I did book under two different name since I can't choose two different room type in one booking. So when I asked if they can arrange the room to be close to each other they refuse at first and blame us about not giving the info in andvance instead of trying to look for other option. In reality they have three room available across of our other booking. And the free upgrade room promo that they launched in traveloka did happened after I asked several time and fight for it. (You get what you asked for 🤣) other than that the hotel was amazing.

I think one of the best hotel in hoi an. We booked trough traveloka since there was promotion for free room upgrade. During our check in, the receptionist attitude was annoying and she said that there is available upgrade room available, and when we asked if we want to pay for upgrade she mention several rooms available. And the price that she gave was way more expensive compare to traveloka price. I did review their hotel with one star in google on the day we checked in and the next day their relationship ambassador (mindy) apologized and want to give some perks for our family. Really appreciate her effort. But my opinion about the hotel still the same. Their front liner specially the receptionist was lack in certain area. Aside from the check in incident, my travel experience was amazing. Their room was very good, cleanliness was amazing, food was better than local restaurant.
