Quiet spacious for 200k price. The air condition and water heater worked well. The location is strategic although located in a narrow street. Unfortunately they didn’t maintained the cleanliness, there were leaks from the window, stains on the bed sheets, and the bathroom was smell bad. That would be lovely if the management do improvement in the cleanliness

The room smells of cigarettes. The towels weren't replaced, the room wasn't cleaned the next day so there were cockroaches, mineral water wasn't filled anymore. When I stayed there were students or occupants whose voices were very noisy, exceeding the time limit for other residents to rest.
