The location and interior of the building and the room are quite okay, only the service is really minus. The staff is not friendly, the TV is broken, the room lights are only on 1 so it's dim (I got a room without a window), and for amenities there is no toothbrush provided either. The room also smells bad.

the hotel staff told me to pay 100 thousand for smoking in the room, while the first time I entered the room it already smelled of cigarettes. the bathroom was dirty, not worth it by paying 324 thousand.

if you have concerns about cleanliness & health, you should not book a room here. I could only last about 1 hour in the room because. 1. when I first entered the room it smelled musty, there was no good air circulation (the AC didn't help) 2. the mattress and blanket looked dirty, had lots of stains and when I touched it, I don't know if it was dusty or from the previous occupant but it felt really dirty, and it's true that after sleeping for about 30 minutes my husband and I were itchy - this is what made us decide to check out 3. the bathroom was dirty and crusty in every corner 4. the refrigerator was full of water until it leaked out finally we decided to check out rather than sacrificing cleanliness, if there is a budget it's better to look for another place that clearly has adequate cleanliness standards. I'm sure the business owner/staff won't care about things experienced by customers like this, so we as customers have to be careful.

The room smells really bad & now to enter the area you have to pay 10 thousand for parking, right? The front security asked for it.

A very not recommended accommodation, there are traces of footboards in the room, I don't know who owns it and it smells really bad, the cleanliness is lacking, the mattress has lots of hair and stains, whether it has been cleaned or not, it seems like they don't care. And the most not recommended is the service, I checked in at 11 pm, and checked out a little past 12, usually in other hotels, even 5-star hotels, they will give tolerance for checking out until 1 pm, because you have to clean up and prepare your things so that nothing is left behind, here they even charge 50 thousand in cash, the waiters are also not friendly, they seem to be UP graduates*, they are really arrogant, have no experience in the hotel sector, don't understand anything, the waiters are in their 20s, still kids, still crazy about money, it's not that they don't accept it, it's just that this accommodation is not a 5-star hotel but it is very inconsistent with national SOP. The reason is because it was past check out time, and we were reminded to check out before 12 noon, even though the check out application allows until 23.00, there is no rule that exceeding the time is subject to cash, and they knocked on the door at 12 noon, how could they clean up the guest. At least the accommodation is not recommended. If there is a minus star, I give it a minus -10

The place is comfortable, the water for bathing is hot, there is a refrigerator too, basically it is really good for resting.

Big room, mini fridge, cold AC, bright room lights, close to the mall, wifi, if you want to find food it's hard because the location is in a complex, the receptionist is not very friendly, not very smiling, not very friendly, there is no drinking water in the room (I don't know if there is in the kitchen it is provided) because the receptionist didn't explain anything, the duvet + bedsheets were dull, the pillows were thin, when checking in you have to be on time at 2 (it's okay according to procedure) but we are from out of town, is it possible to be flexible and check in at 1, there is no TV remote (so you have to go back and forth to the TV screen if you want to change channels) thanks.

Quiet hotel, easy check in process, friendly staff.

Tj living offers a very strategic location, making it easy to access various important places around it. Overall, I felt comfortable during my stay at tj living. The room I stayed in was very comfortable with a soft mattress and air conditioning that provided a pleasant coolness. However, there are several aspects that need to be considered by the management. Cleanliness in the check-in area needs to be improved, especially since there were employees sleeping in the area. In addition, in front of the room there were several piles of mattresses that were not neat and could reduce the overall impression of the place. The employees at tj living are quite friendly, but they could be improved in terms of service. Improving training for staff can help them provide a more satisfying experience for guests. The water in the bathroom works well, but the shower needs to be replaced because its condition is less than optimal. Regular maintenance of this facility would be very helpful. With some improvements in cleanliness and improved staff service, tj living has the potential to be a very good choice for accommodation. There 's no TV channel and the extra bed was small.

Very good, clean, comfortable and nice, but unfortunately the TV was broken and couldn't be accessed and it wasn't a digital TV, so in the end you could only play on your cellphone.

The staff are friendly, the location is strategic to get anywhere, only I got a room at the end of the hall with the lights off. There is only 1 mattress available, 1 of which is not suitable for use because it doesn't have sheets. Yes, just enough for transit.

Yes, there are condoms in the hallway leading to the room. And what was even more surprising, sorry, there was fluid like sperm on the blanket, I reported it to the reception, luckily they could accommodate us to move rooms. This is even though the location and layout of the rooms are good, it's a shame it's not looked after

The location is easy to find, but unfortunately I can't get a towel, the TV can't turn on, it's not clean either. It's different from Three J residence
