Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, and quite strategic location

The service is not satisfactory. The room is dirty and not well maintained. The sheets and blankets are dirty and still have stains.

The property was in bad condition. Many stains all over the wall. Water heater didn't work, flow rate was too low, toilet flush didn't work, the blanket and towel were all dirty, the bed was smelly and dirty, fly was all around, and smell of cigarette was too strong. The parking area is too small and we couldn't go out once other customers parked theirs. Good we didn't stay there too long and will never return back.

Cleanliness and bathroom facilities need to be improved.

Toilet facilities are leaking all over making it difficult to keep dry and safe. The exhaust fan was wailing throughout if on.

Not bad for a place to rest. Only the AC is not cold enough.

Disappointed, the photos are really different from the real ones. The room is dirty, the bathroom is smelly and dirty, the mattress is no longer suitable for using sheets and a gray fleece blanket 😢 I even moved rooms but it was still the same. Finally just checked out straight away, the walls were also moldy and damp 🤢 that's really bad 😪.

Kamar bau tidak sedap, mohon dijaga lagi kebersihannya.
