The staff were very friendly and very cooperative during the stay at Trix House.

hotel near UB and UNM campus, very close to the Mall, quiet environment because it is in a residential area. 24-hour security, 24-hour reception so if you want to check out anytime you can.

Lack of hotel slippers and mini bar. Same with hot water, moods come out, while taking a hot shower suddenly cold water comes out 🥹🤣

suitable for family, quiet place and close to city center but still quiet and peaceful

Clean, the AC is really cold, the price yesterday was only 365 thousand. Worth it like staying in a 4-star hotel, the only difference is that there is no swimming pool facility. The rooms are really the best, the staff are also friendly. Don't forget to try the cafe above, it turns out to be delicious and cheap

Close to the UB campus area and the mall for refreshing

Everything was fine. Clean and all that. Shower pressure was really nice too. I had a one night stay just to rest but the noise in the corridors was just too much so not much rest happened. I feel like the staff should manage the noise levels especially in the evening. And the reception staff just point and say go there. No guidance to the lift. Nothing. That's a bit unusual for me

Forget about staying with breakfast

If you stay here, it's best if you don't have breakfast, the room is spacious and clean, just a little tight. Overall, it's quite nice to stay here.

The room was comfortable, but the bedsheet was torn in 2 places & I was not informed that breakfast was until 9 am, so when I was going to have breakfast at 9.10 I was rejected. But because of the hotel's mistake, I was finally able to get my rights.

The room size is spacious, the bathroom is also spacious and everything is clean and tidy. You can put in a few glasses, but it's best not to use paper cups.
