Too expensive for very poor facilities such as moldy walls, damp, dirty, dusty, leaking roofs, dirty toilets, unlit TVs, and very uncomfortable for individuals who like cleanliness and comfort. Overall, not recommended for staycation in near Cipanas.

The room is dirty even though under the mattress and above the wardrobe the dust is really thick, then the toilet is a sitting toilet but there is no cover for the bottom, the single mattress is put together to make a double, it is really not worth selling. The shower is not strong, the sink does not turn on, it is all rusty, the shower is only hung on the faucet, there is no place to support the shower. The bathroom is really dirty: (there are worms too: (please fix it, don't let it be and then sell it to someone. Just stay here once, I will never stay here again.

The TV can't be used. The toilet door is broken.

I had already booked for 2 nights. But I only stayed for 1 night because I was tired. I checked out in the morning. The hotel was very poorly maintained.

The hotel staff is friendly, only the hotel rules are rigid, you are not allowed to choose a room above even though the price of the room above is the same as the price of the room below. The room I was in smelled really bad, and I forced myself to move rooms. The hours of the water heater are limited, which in fact means that during the time the water heater is activated the water is not hot. It's a shame that a hotel as good as this, and its location with a very good view, is not managed well.

The atmosphere outside the room is peaceful, not noisy. The rooms are comfortable, clean, cool even though they don't use AC or fans. (-) The ventilation on the TV couldn't be closed because it was blocked by cables, but that was okay because there were no mosquitoes. The TV is bright and clear, has lots of channels. Beds are comfortable and clean. (-) The bathroom on the roof has a few cobwebs, the toilet, shower functions well, and the warm water can function as a good sink, only the water is small, the rest is clean. Responsible, friendly staff, no request for check-in after 14:00. View in front of the hotel of hills. The air is fresh.

The horror hotel has a lot of paintings, I can't sleep, there are crying voices in the bathroom, it's really creepy.

The hotel staff is friendly, professional, the hotel atmosphere is very homey, the rooms are clean and smell good, the view from the balcony of the room is really cool and makes you feel at home, there are lots of snacks up and down the hotel, even at the hotel, if you're having fun, you can order dim sum, instant noodles and so on, as well as various drinks , in the morning you can walk to the Cibodas Botanical Gardens while exercising because it's that close & it won't be boring because the surrounding views are really pleasing to the eye, basically I will come back to stay there again if I go to Cibodas, thank you Mon Bell hotel, thank you Traveloka.

Very standard. There are no bathroom facilities, just for transit.

The service was friendly, only the facilities were lacking, there was no water heater, the shower was leaking, the room was a bit dirty, and the door lock was rusty, but that was just the room I stayed in. Apart from that, the service is okay.

The staff is not friendly and too stiff, in the room you only get towels and bar soap, no drinks/toothbrush provided, usually in other urbanviews you get that. The location is not strategic at all, it's hard to find food.

Staf ramah, kamar mandi bocor, engga bisa tidur pintu bunyi-bunyi, kolam renang kotor engga bisa pakai, stop kontak 1 sudah itu jauh, kebersihan lumayan.

Rating 4/10 uda gitu aja. Sisanya lihat dari rating aja deh 😓.
