It's fun to get good facilities at that price. Thank God it can make the kids happy. Next time it can be an alternative place to stay again if you go to Guci.

The staff is friendly but the swimming pool is not hot enough.

The view and atmosphere are really cool, taking a bath at 11 pm in the hot water pool is so refreshing, man. Next time I'll stay at this hotel again.

Location is ok. Food is ok. Only the toilet smells because of the rain so the kitchen staff took a long time to come.

The hotel staff is friendly and the high location of the hotel provides a great view. The bed has sunk, the wifi does not work, the AC and TV cannot be turned on.

The bathroom is broken, the TV is still old, you can't watch Netflix, it's not worth it.

When I first arrived I was shocked because the hotel was not really ready to be used, it was still under renovation and there was no prior information, the mattress sank in the middle, it really didn't match the price. I was very disappointed

First time staying at a hotel in Guci Tegal and the Guci Kencana Jaya hotel is quite comfortable and fun for children to be able to swim in the beautiful scenery 🤗, thank you

The mattress was flat, the sheets and towels had lots of stains, the shower was very rusty.

Generally enough, near from hot water boom exept water pressure in toilet very slow.

The food is delicious and the service is friendly. The place is comfortable, only the TV channels and the bed need to be fixed. Other than that, it's good and recommended.

Old but decent for the price …. Staff are good. Location is OK. Pillow and bed are not to comfy. Pool not warm enough.

Under maintenance again the interior will definitely be better and nicer.

Not worth it for the price, the superior room I booked was very dirty/damp so I upgraded to family/deluxe for an additional 200-250 thousand, the deluxe room had no AC, smelled musty, the shower water was not warm, the floor was dirty to the point of having to mop it again but it was still sticky, the swimming pool water was not warm, breakfast was very standard, many bathroom equipment was broken. The mattress was hard/curved. The room lights were dim.

Dull towels, bathroom like a public toilet, budget breakfast package.
