Don't stay here. Really dirty,

The AC is not working properly (not cold). There are no TV channels that can be used (must use my own if I want to watch). The cleanliness of the room is also lacking. The condition of the hotel is not well maintained. The location is also not strategic. Overall very disappointing, just one stay here.

From the hotel lobby it is very dirty, the floor is wet with water and dirty because the yard is sandy. In the bathroom, the water is also stagnant, staying here because I was forced to have an event at the indoor stadium which is close by. Please increase the number of cleaning staff, and fix the yard roads so they are not sandy.

Staff is friendly, the room is comfy, it just the outside area is always traffic, hard to go/access somewhere quickly

Nice hotel. It's just a shame the road to the apartment is bad. The service is still okay. The owner knew I was really sleepy so he opened the check-in earlier, thank you.

Pro: check in was fine, the receptionist and the security were friendly, good for short term stay. Cons: the cleanliness of the bed can be improved, the bathroom 's door was broken, building looks not well maintained and mostly empty.

The location of the apartment is ok, the unit is ok, but it's not very clean because the ceiling has a lot of gonggo nests. The bedroom is clean, the bathroom is OK, there is a water heater. The apartment facilities are OK. The check-in process is fast and easy. Wifi is available.

The first time I entered the room it felt very hot. In the room there was only 1 split AC which was not on at that time. It took a while for the room to really cool down. The hotel location is a little confusing. Oh yeah no breakfast. Overall it is ok. Value for money.

The ground floor outside the hotel is abandoned by the building management. But, I love the room with the city view, clean, staffs are friendly, have youtube on TV, but should have own restaurant in the future. The location is strayegic near Gading Serpong area where it has food culinaries.

The bidet toilet keeps flowing, the corner of the bed has a lot of dust/dirt, the wifi doesn't work, there are no TV channels except YouTube, the corridors have a lot of dust, the swimming pool has a lot of moss, the sign to the hotel lobby is difficult for taxi/online drivers because it is located at the back and there is no security guard directing. The only thing that stands out is the cold AC, the place looks rather clean.

There are many things that need to be fixed by this hotel. I booked for 3 nights, finally decided to leave on the 2nd night, there were several things that were not pleasant. 1. The plugs in the room were very minimal, I ended up looking for an extra plug cable for the room. 2. When entering the lobby there was someone sleeping face down on the reception sofa. 3. The water drain in the bathroom was clogged, I asked for help to fix it but it got even more clogged. 4. The parking ticket officer was super rude even though he was greeted in a friendly manner. 5. Communication with the receptionist still uses the WA application. 6. The room was not cleaned if there was no request. 7. My mineral water which was 2 bottles suddenly became 1 bottle after I left the room. 8. There were no hotel slippers. 9. Mineral water was not refilled. 10. TV channels can only be watched with the Netflix application, YouTube, and the like. Apart from that, the room was quite clean when I first arrived, the security guards were also friendly.

The room was really hot, dirty and stuffy. The hotel is scary and there are no people to stay at. The air isn't really nice at all.

Eventho the building complex looks abandon, the hotel and the room itself is great and the room is even prettier and comfy! And the staffs are friendly too 🙏.

The room smelled of cigarettes, 3-4 strands of hair were scattered on the floor and mattress, the wifi was dead, the bathroom door couldn't be closed, there was no shower soap, the shower soap bottle was leaking, the toilet was also dirty. But every time we complain, it's immediately fixed because the wifi is dead and the shower soap is leaking. Maybe next time you can check it first before giving it to the customer. Thanks
