Actually the hotel is comfortable, but there are some parts that leak (all the clothes that are hung up are wet because of the leak from above) luckily there is a balcony for mold, the bathroom floor is yellow and slippery so you have to be careful when entering the bathroom, but overall the service is good and friendly... the route to Malioboro is also very close, just walk.

Friendly staff, cheap prices in high season, strategic location, rooms are quite okay. Towels need to be replaced with ones that are in better condition, we were given towels that were not good enough, the bathroom needed to be perfumed.

The mattress is soft, precisely strategic, minus if you stay here for a long time you have to clean the room yourself, sweep and so on. Because it is only cleaned when we check out. Independent hotel.

The rooms are very comfortable at a fairly affordable price, the receptionist is also ready to help, at an affordable price you can get towels and soap as well as a TV which is highly recommended. Close to Malioboro, just walk 2 minutes. Clean bathroom.

I give ratings based on price and location. This hotel is right next to the Malioboro Mall behind the Averta Hotel. Lined with other cheap hotels, it is very easy to access, there are lots of stalls and street vendors around this area. The hotel is quite comfortable for low budgets. Recommended.
