Everything is clean, nice, and delicious (food), only the pool maybe the bottom needs to be cleaned more. But overall it's comfortable. Good job.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. The bedroom and bathroom are clean (this is important to me), the hotel is not too crowded compared to the surrounding hotels. There are many places to eat around the hotel, making it easy to try authentic Surabaya cuisine.

The hotel staff is friendly. Breakfast is delicious. Comfortable, recommended to stay at this hotel if you are in Surabaya.

the best budget hotel I've ever stayed in. clean and fragrant in all the rooms, there are additional pillows which are very useful if you bring children. not only pillows, but there are also bolsters (this is rarely available in other hotels). soap + shampoo is also different from other hotels, makes you addicted to bathing. basically this hotel is very comfortable. when I stayed, I took the sahur package, even though it was still 3 o'clock but the sahur menu was very complete. i love the southern hotel ❤

Friendly staff, easy process when checking in/checking out. Cleanliness of linen could be more attention, there are still some stains although faint, it wasn't that bothering for me as it's just a short stay but overall it was good

A clean place, clean and delicious food, a comfortable environment, the only downside is that the room is not soundproof because sounds from outside can be heard inside the room.

The bathroom and bedroom are clean, but not soundproof. The upstairs room sounds like a child running, the next room sounds like moving a clothes hanger. The soundproofing is really bad. The breakfast is good. The service is also friendly. I just don't want to go back because it's so noisy 😩😩
