the view is nice, the room is clean and nice, the staff is friendly

We booked 2 rooms. Check in was supposed to be at 14.00 WIB, but we checked in at 17.00 WIB. With the excuse of a lack of cleaning staff, my mother and father ended up sleeping in the lobby because they had to wait too long to check in. The security guard at the swimming pool was also not friendly (we checked in on March 31, 2025). Thx.

Very disappointing, we arrived at 1pm and only got the room at half past four.

Hotel/apartment staff are very friendly (Security) Only for this hotel, Staff such as Receptionists are only available during working hours. The rest are replaced by Security. However, there is nothing lacking in security services. Thank you for the service. Hopefully next time I can stay here again.

The view is nice but I was a little disappointed with the receptionist, late check out at 1 am but I had to pay another 100 thousand.
