The room is not too small and the cleanliness is ok.

The location is close to the workplace while in Jakarta and there is also a lot of transportation access.

Many small cockroaches. Changing rooms is still the same. Please improve the cleanliness so that customers are comfortable.

Good and more improved facilities. It would be more complete if you provide slippers in the room.

It says cashless only, deposit must be in cash! So I had to walk quite far to find an ATM to withdraw 100 thousand in cash. The receptionist was not friendly.

Dirty sheets, dirty blankets, small cockroaches everywhere, when I first entered the room it smelled, I had to call 3 times to ask for the sheets to be changed, when someone wanted to clean it up, the technician told me to do it, when I ordered breakfast there was only chicken, rice and cucumber, even though the room price was 500 thousand.

I have stayed here many times, you can check it too, and I have never given a review even though I am often disappointed with the service, in my opinion the receptionist and staff are not very friendly, in fact the security is very friendly, the towels always smell musty, for the completeness of the room is also lacking in my opinion, no sandals, coffee etc., room tissue, torn and dirty mat, and for the bed, I ordered 1 bed but always got 2 beds made into 1, I was not even allowed to borrow spoons and plates, hopefully in the future the service will be improved again, thx

For pillow cases and bed sheets to be cleaner or replace them because the color is no longer white.

Dirty place, sheets not changed, all dirty, no coffee heater either. Expensive, not impressive

Breakfast is limited and rationed, the restaurant has lots of dirty towels piled up, the rooms are not very clean, housekeeping is slow, the towels are brown and smelly, plus the AC is cold.

Haven't tried the food yet. The room is ok. Only the bathroom shower doesn't have a glass door. So the water splashes everywhere. Overall Good.
