The AC turns itself off repeatedly, need to turn off the MCB to restart the AC, the stove is dirty, the interior is simple.

I was shocked when I came into the room, it is so smelly! The bathroom smells not good. The bedroom was stinky with the broken bed. The pillow, oh my god, it's so disgusting! Please, clean up your room before renting to people. I have to book another hotel nearby to stay this night!

Fast response CS, Staff who gave the key were friendly, there was a confirmation that it would be 20 minutes late. While waiting, you can hang out first. There are many spots to wait, not necessarily in the lobby. Waiting in the lobby is also not a problem. The lobby is nice, comfortable and clean. The room floor is a bit dirty, but it's okay to sweep it yourself. Because the type of room ordered is an apartment, so there is a broom too. Only the bathroom smells a bit, but on the 2nd day the smell subsided. Comfortable bed, cold AC. Got a very cheap price of 200 thousand, so it's worth it. There are lots of food choices. To the tourist attractions of the Dutch city, just cross from the apartment.

I ordered 6 rooms in Beppu Tower (Tokyo), suddenly 1 room was moved to Osaka Tower. The distance between Beppu Tower (Tokyo) and Osaka is 4.2 km. Deposit promised to be returned H+3 takes a long time

For Nusa Link, deposit refunds must be prioritized, because the refund takes a long time, from Travelio alone it only takes 1 working day.

Deposits are complicated, don't expect to get your deposit back.

The only friendly ones are those who give keys and access.. CS is lousy and deposit refunds are complicated

Didn't expect it to be this good. For staying in such a cool area, the room rates are very cheap.

the room is a small studio apart. The bathroom is clean, but the mattress is top and bottom like a boarding house child. Only 1 blanket. 2 pillows. There is a refrigerator but it is not too cold. There is no water heater. 1 hour before check out the lights go out. Here you need a deposit of 200 thousand which is returned 10 hours later.

No mineral water available, TV not connected to WiFi channel not available, no hot water.

It doesn't really suit me, there are no amenities, the deposit wasn't returned.

Think twice before staying here. Don't expect your deposit to be returned... Terrible.

The hotel staff was really nice, but the refund was not in accordance with the provisions, it should have been D+3 until now it has not been refunded and the customer has to ask for it, and my friend is menstruating, we agreed to be charged but we asked for the item to be ours and that really couldn't be done, this refund is really bad, I really think the review from the previous customer is inappropriate, but I felt it myself.

If you stay here, the deposit money is not returned for more than a week. They promise 3 working days, but they will return it sometime if they remember maybe

On booking the property required a 200k rupiahs deposit. When I checked out, I did fill out the form for a refund on the deposit yet they never refunded it.

The bathroom water is strong, the bed is ok, the control hole in the ceiling of the room is open, the room lighting/lights are a bit dark, the room is not spacious, the taste of the food is very standard, ask for a sea view room, you get a room facing the next tower, you can only see a little sea from the window gap.
