Asked for a deposit but gave it back within 3 x 24 hours. The gallon of water is empty, there are no towels, the soap is out, the bathroom is dirty, the TV is broken and doesn't turn on, the AC isn't cold. If you go to Bandung, definitely stay in a hotel, not an apartment. The thing is, we're here to work, not to play, so it's a bit of a bad mood to get a room like this.

This was my first time staying there, when I was contacted by the agent and asked for a deposit, I didn't know much about it, I gave the deposit and they said it would be returned, but after waiting for a while there was nothing, and the facilities there stated hot water but in fact it wasn't hot at all.

Special. Yemen. Clean place. Assets close to everywhere. Strategic place.

The deposit has not been returned until now without any explanation of why it was not returned, the facilities, especially the window coverings, cannot be used, it's terrible.

The condition of the floor was sticky as if it had not been mopped clean, the description of the room could be for 5, even though it was for 3. The sofa was small and already damaged. There are no towels and toiletries. The bathroom key handle came off, the bathroom mat was shabby and dirty. Even though the rental price is not cheap (standard apartment rental in Bandung). The condition of many of the wall wallpapers has peeled off. The room also smells musty. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience while renting an apartment in Bandung.

The room was clean, but it took a long time to get the deposit back 🙏🏻.

Bilang nya buat 5 person, 2 kamar cuma ada 1 bed queen, 1 bed single. Ada sofa bed jg kecil, ga bisa dipake tidur. Air toilet mati, jetspray jg mati. Keset kotor! Kuala Lumpur nulis deskripsi yg bener! Kasihan itu yg anterin kunci nya.

Not recommended for families. When I entered there was the smell of cigarettes in the room and the smell of durian in the refrigerator. To get the key, pass it on to several people by appointment. There is hot water but the tap is leaking, needs to be repaired, as well as the dirty mat, needs to be replaced. There are parts of the wallpaper that have come off. Cutlery and cable TV are provided. No wifi and pay for parking by the hour. The deposit was not returned even though there were no problems/complaints of damage.

The room is spacious, comfy, and clean. They have a table you can use as dinner table so you can keep the living room clean. The host is fast respond and informative they explain well. The location is good too there are many good foods around the place. Overall is great!

Its a good place for a staycation, complete with a swimming pool and minimarket below, right in front of the coffee shop Djawa too.

The apartment is in accordance with the photos, the host is fast response, complete facilities. Next will stay here again.
