Input for towel facilities, feels less clean because of the smell.

Stayed here twice for transit during long trips, very worth it. The staff is responsive, the room is spacious, clean, the bed is comfortable, and the windows are also spacious. It's just that the lighting around the mirror is lacking. But, for the facilities and services provided, this hotel is relatively cheap compared to other hotels even though the rooms are not enough. The location is also strategic. The food is varied and delicious, memorable especially the ambiance during sahur Ramadhan yesterday. Would love to stay here again!

Hotel staff is friendly, no security to help with parking

The staff is okay - but nothing special. The building is good - great to be compared to hotels surrounding, but cleanliness is not okay at all, IT's bad. Towels smell, bed sheets are dirty, curtains and glasses for mouth washing on the wastafel are crazy disgusting. There is no toilet tissue, stirrer for tea/coffee. The pool is closed at 6 pm, it's not even COVID, unbelievable. I checked in after 2 pm so. Definitely the service speed and cleanliness could be improved. Too bad with such a great building you have a lack of management.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful during our stay, and the food is all delicious.. This hotel is suitable and good for upgrading to 4 or 5 stars.. Hopefully next year it will be upgraded to 4 or 5 stars..
