Overall good experience. Some things we liked: - Spacious bedroom and bathroom, also with baby crib. - Plenty of options on breakfast buffet. Some things we found uncomfortable: - Dripping aircon water from the ceiling. - Bathroom flooring not well tilted, causing puddle. - Parking space is limited.

For the city, it's not too noisy It's just a shame that yesterday the poll was not clean when we stayed. And the gym room's AC wasn't on either, it should be a public facility without anyone visiting, the room should still be cool, especially since the dominant window faces the sun directly. It's okay to stay here, the room is big and quite clean.

Greats Hotel and comfort stay, but there are part area was not working properly, like bathtub was leaking, bed sheet and pillow stain like blood. the food was nice

from entering the hotel, the parking lot is not friendly, too narrow, small and dark, parking in front is only for paid VIPs. Check in is quite simple, but next to the receptionist there is a club, so it smells of cigarettes and music can still be heard during check-in. Arriving at the hotel, the royal suites room is quite spacious, bathroom with bathtub, but the bathtub is not very kids friendly because there is no mirror to the room, so it makes you a little afraid to leave your child playing alone in the bathtub. The hot water doesn't work, you have to wait a few minutes after turning it on, in the morning there is no hot water at all. Breakfast is just okay, not many choices of food menus, the swimming pool is not kids friendly. When checking out, no assistance from the hotel staff

The security guard is skinny with long hair (tied up I think), not friendly at all to guests. People who come are shouted at, yelled at, and so on. Really uncomfortable with the service

I recently stayed at Goodrich Suite, and I had an amazing experience! The hotel is located in a great area, close to many attractions and restaurants. The check-in process was quick and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was absolutely wonderful—very comfortable and clean. The bed was so cozy, and I appreciated the modern amenities, including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was spacious and spotless, with high-quality toiletries provided. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Goodrich Suite💜💜 and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I will definitely be back!

underrated hotel in South Jakarta.

Staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean

Hotel with very minimal parking, only basement parking, and paid VIP parking. TV broadcasts do not have HBO, the room atmosphere is dark, even brighter in the bathroom lights. Toilet, the shower water drainage flow is higher, so the water does not flow all, a lot of it is stagnant. Hotel with elevator without access card, free to go up and down to any floor. Access card is only for room door. For breakfast, please taste the taste first before being served. Very disappointed, because I like to travel around hotels in Jakarta on weekends, and this is the first time I have been disappointed with the facilities of a star hotel.
