The staff was kind, friendly, soft-spoken just like an angel. Their names are Nadia and Matthew. The hotel room is big, clean, comfy and smells good. Worth it for the money.

Check in at the parking lot on time, no room cleaning service, no drinking water and saniraey provided. However, transportation access is quite available and helpful. Very nice view, highest location

At first I was scared when I was contacted by the hotel and asked to make an appointment to check in at the parking lot, but I was sure and believed that there was no fraud when I booked from Traveloka. Wow, amazing…!!! The hotel is really good for that price, there is a swimming pool, children's play facilities, live music, cheap places to eat, a luxurious hotel, a luxurious building and easy access to Grab/bus.

The water heater is not functioning. It only work for the first like 20mins. And then the water is ice cold! Not even warm! And the waiting time to check out. I wasted 30mins of time in the elevator while holding my child. Please improve on this both

The location is a bit far from anywhere and the check in process is a bit confusing because it is only in the parking lot and inside the car. Not at the hotel itself.

Booked because it stated 5 stars hotel with a great ratings. However, I just got texted via WA about check in details and found this is odd. They said the check in is at myvi car at carpark (don't have the lobby / front desk). Then I quickly read on the review both this site and on google they said all the bad things. No one said it was a good experience other than, no check in desk, the room is smelly, dirty, the place is far and rarely grab wants to pick up. I came with the babies and elders, we used van. We cannot enter the carpark as the height of the van is above the max height. Also, it was far from the genting highlands. It took 40rm 1 way. Check in time is at 3pm but cannot keep the luggages / do early check in even though the room is available. They charged us rm 100 for early check in at 12pm. Thus, we decided to book a proper hotel and again read the reviews first. Not wanting to believe the good ratings and 5 star hotel. And leave this hotel unoccupied. This is worst! Waste money

We were very surprised when we entered the room ... like a 5-star hotel room. Was skeptical that the check-in was at the carpark at first but it turns out to be a pleasant stay. The location had amenities such as shops and cafes which makes it very convenient. It was also only 10 mins drive to Skyworld! The location was beautiful and the weather was extra cold. My family had a wonderful experience!

the room was very clean and spacious the view is very nice in the morning you can see the sunrise and at night no less beautiful if there is fog until you enter the room, really recommend to stay there if you want to heal from the city

This is the second time I have stayed here, but this time the management is different. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The view is nice. Unfortunately, the location is far away. If you want to go out, you have to take the elevator through the corridors, but everything is okay.
