The staff and security are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean, unfortunately I haven't tried the food, the rooms are quite small.

The staff is friendly and fast, the room is as pictured, neat, clean, and fragrant, the price is affordable. Maybe in the future the breakfast variety can be added again. The location is also close if you want to walk everywhere. Overall good job.

Overall, the service and cleanliness are quite good, only the parking lot is exposed to the sun during the day and the rooms are a bit cramped.

the location is in the city center and peaceful. around the hotel there are many options for culinary, mini markets and souvenir centers for travelers

The hotel staff is super duper friendly, all staff from security, cooking, front desk. Unfortunately the non-smoking room smells of cigarettes, but the staff is helpful to help spray with freshener even though it can't get rid of the smell. Oh yeah, the food is really delicious

Everything is good, only 1 thing is missing. The TV is not yet a Smart TV, it is still a regular TV broadcast & there are no connected channels. I have confirmed with the receptionist, it is still a manual TV broadcast. So there is no TV entertainment in the room.

The hotel is highly recommended. Cheap but very comfortable. Low budget hotel, try here, very satisfied staying here.

Stayed 3 nights, because the hotel felt comfortable.!

The food is not very varied, the rooms on the 1st/2nd floor have no windows, I don't really like rooms like that, but on the 3rd floor and above there are windows, the rooms tend to be narrow but the service is okay, the water is okay, the cleanliness is okay, the TV is okay.

Please note the notes on online booking for rooms such as "non-smoking" because I have a history of asthma so it's quite short of breath if the remaining room is given a smoking room at check-in. For everything, it's okay and I always subscribe to every time I go to BPP 👍🏻

the room is clean although small but enough for the three of us. hot water is smooth, cold air conditioning, friendly and responsive staff, friendly security guards. and this is the first time we have received a Christmas and New Year gift. thank you very much to all the staff for their dedicated service. my suggestion, the walls between rooms are covered with soundproofing to make them more comfortable.
