The food tastes quite good and is quite satisfying. There are also many facilities. There's a jogging track, a children's playground, and a large swimming pool, but the water is very cold. Unfortunately, there's no heated pool.

the service is very friendly and very good

It's quite pleasant here, the location is not too far and there are no traffic jams, the rooms are comfortable, just brighten up the bathroom lights a little, and provide a clothesline in the rooms because it's hard to dry wet clothes after swimming, especially if you stay for 2 nights, it's a shame the children's clothes will get musty.

Overall it's ok but the breakfast menu seems to lack seriousness

It was a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. Thank God, I was able to check in early. The room was spacious and comfortable, with cool, refreshing air. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The only suggestion is to provide soap above the sink. The downside: the breakfast selection is limited.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff is friendly. It's definitely worth it.

The service from the hotel staff was quite good and the facilities were quite good. Unfortunately, the parking area is small and can only accommodate a small number of cars. I might suggest expanding the parking area.

This is my umpteenth time staying at this hotel, but this experience wasn't as pleasant because: 1. The receptionist on Friday afternoon at 4:12 PM was unfriendly and the check-in process was slow. 2. The bathroom didn't smell as good as usual (there were smells every time we entered). 3. We apologize for the fishy smell the glasses we used for breakfast. We even changed three of them, and the smell was still there. Otherwise, the hotel grounds, garden, and swimming pool were clean and comfortable.

My favorite hotel when I go to Bogor, the kids love it because it's clean and comfortable

stayed for 2 nights, spacious room directly facing the pool.. minus in the room there were clothes used by previous guests behind the sofa, you can imagine the cleanliness right.. Varied food, minus the waitress, the food plate was not finished yet and she wanted to clean it up without asking whether it was finished or not even though she was still feeding the child, I reprimanded her and just left without saying sorry.. the hotel is close to Taman Safari and Dairyland..
