The check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. Following the steps, I quickly got the key and checked into the room. The apartment is fully equipped with complete facilities. There was no soundproofing problem in the room, and I had a good night's sleep.

Excellent service by IHousing, the PIC of the booking is very responsive when called. And everything is detailed in their self check in/check out guideline. Kudos to their food recommendations and discount. The residence we stayed in is in good condition, well maintained and clean. All the basic necessities are provided, and the environment is peaceful. The location is also strategic with many eateries and shops nearby, and quite close to Malacca City centre. My family enjoyed our stay here, will definitely book again when on holiday in Malacca.

The room is clean..checkin smooth..only the deposit to be transferred back has to wait up to 72 hours (3 days) the process is very long..it should be within 24 hours to transfer the deposit back if there is no problem..ask the management to fix the process deposit transfer..

The staff are all okay, but it's very difficult to fill out the form before checking in, this one also wants to register using a mobile phone, the signal line is poor, I must have filled out the form to fill out the other form and use his apps. It doesn't make it difficult for customers to fill out a lot of forms..kite came for vacation not to fill out a difficult form, thank you.

please improve checkin & check out time. where to pick up & put the remote key. parking is difficult. booking another house. get another house. slow response. dirty & itchy sheets. send extra mattress promise 6pm but late. who sent the mattress when we were at home smoking cigarettes in the house. when we came back from outside the smell of cigarettes in the house was very strong. failed. so far 1/10. very unhappy. traveloka okay very helpful. tried the agent/owner of the apartment, it was very unhelpful. Sincere review after going through the experience. thank you

Very late only can check in, how can like this? Check in time is 3pm, but inform me cannot check in at the time, need to wait because still not clean up, still got guess inside, will call after guess check out, 5pm only can check in, not recommend!

The check-in process will be directed via WA, because it will be collected from the mail box. The room we got was 1 room, 1 bathroom. There is a mattress in the room, in the living room (there are stairs to get up to the mattress) in the TV room there is something like a mattress that can be used for sleeping. The room is spacious and comfortable, only because toilet 1 is a bit complicated when you need a problem. But still recommend it because it's comfortable. For access, we use a rental car so it's convenient because we can get free parking (for parking on a certain floor). There are swimming pool facilities, we didn't try it because it was being cleaned.

Tak info awal kolam tutup under maintenance. Bila dah check in baru tauu. Patutla murah semacam rege die 😌 kecewa sebab tak dapat mandi kolam !! 😓

Whatsapp them 1 day before for the details of check in so that everything goes smoothly the next day. The unit is tip top condition and my family enjoyed our stay there.

Overall is superb, except during self check in, quite troublesome, admin did not make clear how to self check in, I arrive late but end up late check in due to self check in procedure. Next time I will be aware on this.
