Now me regular stay this hotel when go to batam.

good, strategic location, friendly reception staff

Almost OK and comfortable to stay

Close to the city, close to everywhere, malls, Grand Batam Mall, BCS, culinary.

It was so noisy, I could not take a rest in well.

The hotel is very strategic, close to shopping and food centers, suitable for families and businesses.

Strategic location, friendly service. Because I had the wrong booking date and was still helped by the receptionist to get a room. Nice.

The cigarette smell from the lobby, lounge and empty cafeteria was so strong that it entered my non smoking room. Hopefully some changes could be made to protect non smokers. It was my first choice always when staying in Batam for more than 10 years.

This is the first time staying at Lovina Inn Batam. I think it's pretty good to stay and the price is reasonable as a budget hotel, besides being in a culinary center and mall. What became my criticism during my stay for a few days at this hotel was that on October 14, 2022 at 23.41 WIB, when I wanted to extend my stay for a few more days, it turned out that the price had changed from IDR 4 hundreds of thousands to IDR 1 million 5 hundreds of thousands, finally I I decided not to continue staying because in my opinion it was not fair for a budget hotel at that price and finally I moved to a 4-star hotel for IDR 5 hundreds of thousands and there was breakfast again. Hopefully it can be a concern of management and can be taken into consideration in the future, because the current economic situation is still not healthy. Those are my suggestions and input, thank you!

Had visited Batam for more than 10 years and this is the hotel that I had been staying every time. Comfortable and good location. Everything you need is just walking distance away.

Very good and very easy to access everywhere.

Location is okay, strategic. Unfortunately yesterday it was full so I got a smoking room, it was still acceptable because it didn't smell too bad, Lovina was often full.

The plug is a bit, only 1 plug works, so it's a hassle to make reports.
