I was quite happy during my stay at Tribeca, next time I go to Kuala Lumpur I will stay there again.

Overall the room is good, spacious, there is a washing machine, strategic location. There is only 1 thing that bothers me, so that I can't sleep, the glass panel above the TV. I don't know if it's just my feeling or it's true. The glass is like a 2-way police glass, you can't see through the glass what's inside. So, I feel like there is a camera or CCTV hidden inside which happens to be facing the bed. If my guess is wrong, it would be better if the glass panel above the TV was removed.

Good service, nice view because there is a balcony separated from the main room. The only downside is that cleaning, replacement of drinking water, towels, and room toothbrushes must be requested at the reception.

Good location there, easy to go anywhere.

Cleaning staff a. Ke. A cleaning services when cleaning the living room and bedroom did not give maximum results. The floor was mopped, instead of getting cleaner, it smelled of feet 🤦‍♀️. When making the bed, it was not neat. It was very obvious that they were just cleaning it up.

The hotel is very close and walkable to pavilion, Fahrenheit99 and TRX mall. Also walkable to Alor area It's easy to get food because there are a lot of food places around~ It's also easy to get e-hailing because the drop off places for car is spacious~

The staff very friendly especially the staff in the breakfast area. I have baby and toddler they really help a lot. And they have baby plate too. The game room so comfy my kids spend a lot a time in there. And billiard room so comfy. The rooftop area is the best of all the view so amazing. I spent 3 nights and that was amazing. Ohh btw this hotel can not do early check in. Like very early is 2:30pm so if you have very morning flight please consider some place to have a rest before checkin

It is good space with the washing machine and kettle and refrigerator. Very nice

very complete facilities. children's playroom, billiard room, gym etc. the kids really like it. they want to stay longer in Tribeca 😁

The best location is close to TRX, Bukit Bintang, and KLCC. Perfect for a family vacation in KL, close to eateries and the legendary Belice chocolate shop.

Situated in the city centre is good for shopping and dining. Hotel is clean and specially mentioned some staff like Sazly, a porter. He's super friendly, enthusiastic, helpful, gave him my thumbs up. Check in/out are smooth. Overall my stay has been pleasant and would not hesitate to come back again.

Second room was extremely small and the apartment had only 1 bathroom which was a bit not convenient for 4 people staying.

I stayed 2 nights with Kel. Because I felt comfortable, I extended it for another 2 nights. It was very pleasant to stay here. Recommended

The hotel security is very good, my child left his cellphone in the lobby but it was secured by the staff and I was able to get it back that night.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially the receptionist is detailed in providing information. You can also leave your luggage when the room is not ready. I extended my stay at this hotel for another 2 nights😁next will stay here again🥰

Good hotel although a bit expensive, close to everything, can be considered even though the price is expensive
