The hotel is not yet fit to be opened but is forced to be opened, when you enter the towel is not ready. The room floor is still dusty. The service must wait for approximately 15-20 minutes before going to the room. For the location and facilities of the hotel, it is very good, it could be one of the best hotels if the shortcomings are immediately fixed

very bad for a 4-star hotel.. the water can be off all day..it's really embarrassing.. without any clarity on when the water will be on.. until finally I moved hotels..and the hotel didn't want to refund the rest of my stay.. housekeeping service for the room, only cleaned at 5 pm.. towels were not replaced.. amenities were not replaced.. TV has no connection.. lift condition is very bad.. up the lift there are noises,.. truly the worst 4-star hotel service I've ever stayed in.. you should think first before staying at this hotel

Bad experience staying at this hotel, there was no water for more than 6 hours and finally I had to move to another hotel across the street, which turned out that the water in the new hotel was running smoothly.... poor PDAM which was used as an excuse by the Sunday hotel. if there is a minus score I will give a minus review score for this hotel
