The place is very nice. The air is cool, the atmosphere is calm. The room is very nice, comfortable, and clean, the lack of pillows is a bit smelly of ironing liquid, it seems that the type of ironing liquid needs to be changed and linen spray should be used. The breakfast provided is delicious, dinner is also delicious, there are typical menus. Complimentary wedang and boiled drinks are also given, this should be maintained. Unfortunately, the ginger wedang is too sweet. Seriously, not just sweet, but too sweet. Those who don't like sugar should let us know if they want to be made with less/zero sugar. Actually there was a little incident upon arrival. My car couldn't go uphill. It turned out that even though the road was smooth, the incline made me anxious. If you bring a small cc automatic, you won't be able to go uphill. Unfortunately, Pakarangan didn't have a safe pick-up and parking option. But kudos to the employees, they didn't give up and tried to find a solution. Finally, there was a grab with a manual car and wanted to take the order and the staff found a safe parking option to leave the car. Finally we were able to arrive at our destination safely. Nice place, good service, pleasant experience. My suggestion, Pakarangan provides a safe pick-up and parking option in the area before many slopes. I think guests will not mind if they have to pay for parking and transportation costs. As long as the rate is certain and informed in advance. Don't "as much as you like" or "negotiate with the driver yourself", or "up to the guest". Give a clear rate so that there are no hidden fees behind. Overall, it's fun. Will I come back again? Yes, if Pakarangan provides a parking and pick-up option. Because my Brio can't climb up there. 😂

The place is nice, beautiful, there is an archery range that is quite good for filling your free time, the food is quite delicious but there are some minuses, first the road here is quite steep, our vehicle must be in good condition, second the body lotion in my room has expired. Overall it is good, if there is a chance maybe I will come back here again.

The room is ok but the lighting is lacking, dark. The animal sounds are quite noisy at night. The restaurant and food facilities are very lacking. With a fairly high price and we have no choice to buy food from outside, the taste is very, very lacking. The hot latte tastes like powdered water, unclear. The chicken soto is very salty as if it was reheated many times, the maranggi satay is very hard, the grilled ribs are almost all inedible. The breakfast menu for the price of 200 thousand before tax is incredibly detrimental. There is only rice, 1 type of protein, 1 type of vegetable, porridge and noodles. Fruit is available and cold bread from the refrigerator with limited jam. No wonder it is quiet because I am sure there will be no customers coming back.

One of the most memorable and enjoyable experiences. The staff is very agile and friendly, communication is done via Whatsapp chat for all the needs needed. The condition of the room unit is very clean and well-maintained, as well as the amenities and complete bathroom equipment. The play area during my visit this time is a small waterfall in the lower area next to the nearest footpath from the restaurant, a small garden area with simple bamboo games in front near the reception desk, and a Panorama area for activities to see the sunrise and sunset. Bringing mosquito & insect repellent / lotion is highly recommended. I was skeptical about the quality of the dishes served related to the reviews of several other guests via the website / online ordering application, but that concern did not happen to me at all. I tried quite a lot of food variations for afternoon snacks, breakfast and in-room dining during the day, for example; Batagor (super soft and delicious tofu), creamy pasta -kids meal (the portion that comes is the same as an adult portion, and the taste is not disappointing), honje/kecombrang fried rice (order spicy, recommended), Javanese fried noodles (recommended), fish and chips (recommended), chicken porridge (super delicious), various juices and milkshakes are no less satisfying. The check-in and out process is very smooth and fast, I have a deposit when checking in for 100 thousand. The wifi network is very strong so it is not too disturbed even if you have to use the internet either day or night. In the room there is a flashlight, umbrella, sandals, water heater kettle, smart TV, complimentary coffee and tea, 2 bottles of mineral water (made of glass) 1 L size (can be refilled yourself). Every afternoon at 18.00 there is a boiled dish provided in the middle hut complete with tea and bandrek very homey. The route to the Pakarangan location is indeed very challenging, it requires a car that is strong enough to climb steeply and has healthy brakes. Hopefully I can come back soon!

It was fun staying here, the kids were happy, a place to stay that blends in with nature, the kids were happy to be able to play in the river, for the improvement the floor in the toilet is a bit slippery, so you have to be a little careful. Overall, the experience was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, blending with the natural ambiance. The trip to the place was quite adventurous due to the uphill roads. Make sure the vehicle is in good condition if you want to go there.

If you come here, the car must be fit. The inclines and descents leading to glamping are quite dangerous, you must be good at driving. The rooms are really good but the hot water is limited so you have to wait 15 minutes if the second person wants to take a shower with hot water but this information has been conveyed from the start. The breakfast menu is limited and just ordinary taste. Because it's far from everywhere, it's impossible to order food using ojol online. If you want to bring enough food yourself. If you buy it at a restaurant, it feels pretty good, but the price is also called a hotel.

Kamarnya cukup besar dan bersih. Kamar mandi juga bersih. Pelayanan sangat baik, semua staf helpful. Cukup private karena mungkin hanya 10 glamping, jadi walaupun saat kami menginap kondisinya full booked, tapi tetap tidak terasa ramai. Untuk menu sarapan cukup ok. Mengingat lokasinya yang di pelosok, pilihan menu dan rasanya lebih dari cukup. Hanya saja menu makan malamnya yang memang diset menu bakaran (ikan, ayam, bebek) kurang bervariasi. Paling top yah mini curug-nya yang bener-bener bikin betah untuk main-main air. Hari pertama main ada staffnya yang stand-by memastikan kita tau spot yang aman plus dengan sigap menawarkan bantuan untuk foto. Karena lokasinya yang berbukit-berbukit, jadinya memang tidak ramah untuk kursi roda atau stroller. Ada imbauan juga untuk tidak membawa minuman kemasan botol plastik, karena memang disediakan botol minum kaca di kamar yang bisa minta diisi ulang selalu. Overall Pakarangan ini sangat ok dari segala sisi. Keindahan Pakarangan ini sesuai dengan foto-foto yang beredar pokoknya. Memang harus balik lagi sepertinya untuk coba naik ke Panorama, kemarin telat bangun jadi tidak bisa melihat sunrise di panorama.

Great place to get away from the city. Enjoyed the view from the 360 lounge and the paddle in the waterfall was lovely. Clean and well maintained. Good food and helpful staff made our stay very pleasant.

It's really satisfying to celebrate your anniversary here. The officers are very friendly. When you arrive you are immediately treated to herbal medicine with kencur rice and chips, in the evening there are compliments of boiled banana, boiled sweet potato and bandrek, a delicious and varied breakfast, and most importantly you can request anniversary room decorations before coming. The room was really cool, even though I ordered a deluxe room, the view was so cool that I didn't want to go home. Even though there is no swimming pool, there is a river and children enjoy playing in the river. In the morning we climb the thin hiking stairs.
