Family hotel every time I go to Malang, I always come back here, the service and rooms are all good, thank you

The staff is friendly and I booked for 2 nights, upgraded the 1st night to premium deluxe so I didn't have to move rooms, the room was clean and Netflix was all running smoothly, this is my regular hotel when I go to Malang.

The most comfortable hotel, I don't regret staying here. The staff is very friendly. I regret only staying here for 2 days. I'll stay here again next time I go to Malang. Thank you, Alana.

New hotel with good quality for family

Almost everything is great, clean and comfy room with netflix, various breakfast menu, great hospitality. It's just the location a bit far from the city.

The hotel atmosphere is very pleasant and exciting and is very suitable for a staycation and is very good for children.

The most unpleasant thing is the PARKING!!!!!!

Good and clean hotel yet , esp the bathroom 🫡 the room is rather narrow but its ok. The parking space need to be improved 🙏 overall its a nice hotel and would be back here again 🥳🥳

I was very satisfied with my stay at The Alana Hotel Malang. This hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, modern amenities, and friendly service. The room was very clean, spacious, and neatly arranged. The interior was elegant with a modern minimalist feel, and the in-room amenities were complete – from a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, a work desk, to a comfortable bathroom with a steady, hot shower. The bed was also very soft, ensuring a restful sleep. The hotel's location is very strategic, close to the Malang city center, culinary scene, and tourist attractions. It's perfect for both business and family vacations. The most impressive aspect was the service. The hotel staff were friendly, responsive, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was varied, from traditional to international, all served with delicious and fresh flavors. The swimming pool was clean and comfortable, and there was a well-equipped gym. The lobby area was also aesthetically pleasing and perfect for relaxing or doing some work. Overall, The Alana Hotel Malang truly provided a pleasant stay and is highly recommended. I will definitely come back again if I visit Malang.

All is ok, only the parking is difficult, it's too small, if you use Valet you have to wait a long time for your vehicle and there's not enough privacy.
