Before ordering on Traveloka, I first called the receptionist and asked if there was a junior sweet room with a connecting door and the answer was yes, that's why I ordered 2 rooms. It turned out that when I arrived at the hotel, there was no junior sweet room that could be connected and had never been from the first building of the hotel. So who was the lady who said there was one when I first wanted to make a reservation?

My second experience staying at Luminor Hotel, the room size is smaller than the view facing the inside of the mall but I prefer the view with the outside view because it makes the room brighter. Overall my assessment is still the same as before

Previously I had stayed 2 nights in a deluxe room, well when I extended for 1 night I got an executive. The price was more expensive than the deluxe, they said the executive was more spacious. It turned out when I checked in, the deluxe was still more spacious and the executive was a bit far from the elevator. And there was still a puddle of water after taking a shower. Hopefully it will be better in the future

The deluxe room is spacious, can add 1-2 extra beds. But unfortunately, there is a puddle of water after taking a shower and some corners of the building are not well maintained. The gym facilities are combined with the Metro Mall so it is not private

Fast check-in process. Spacious room size. Bathroom may need deep cleaning. Breakfast is good but not many varieties, standard for a 3-star hotel. Suggestion maybe reduce the bread portion. Try adding sumsum porridge or traditional snacks. For the checkout process, please do not call before the checkout deadline.

everything is ok only there is a room with some cockroaches but the receptionist is kind and immediately alert to move rooms food is very delicious, lots of choices access to the mall is also easy, just go through the elevator and enter the mall free parking but if you check in at night there is no one guarding the ground, security should be on standby 24 hours but thank you Luminor Hotel for being a pleasant experience for me and my family

The hotel staff just entered the room without knocking first! They said they wanted to deliver the missing towels even though the towels in the room were complete. On Sunday, at 7 in the morning, there was already a very loud sound of the mothers doing their exercises.

. We arrive late in the evening. The receptionist was slow to provide and extra bed for my helper. The air condition in one of the rooms is not working. The bed sheets have stains. The floor was dirty. The hotel location is very far from Bandung City. (1hr) Not convenient even if you have a car. We stayed for 2 nights. House keeping did not change the dirty drenched floor mat. (No shower curtain, the whole bathroom will be wet after shower. We will definitely not coming back here again.

Modern and clean room. Toilet is also clean & modern. Hotel staff is friendly & responds quickly. I stayed during Christmas holiday and there was an event near the hotel, the sound could be heard up to the room. However, the event finished before night so I could sleep comfortably without any noise.
