a pleasant staycation experience, from check in to check out was very memorable because of the friendliness of the staff. the strategic location of the hotel also adds a plus point. the hotel staff was very helpful when I requested a cake for my wife's birthday. thank you luminor hotel for the best service.

the breakfast is varied, I was really happy to see the bakery booth with butter, but when I ate it, the bread was really rough and not very tasty, the waffle was also very hard, hopefully it can be better, hopefully the taste of the bakery can be better, because it's a shame that there are already many variations.. but overall the others are really good, the service is very friendly, the room is nice, the view, the swimming pool is perfect..

The staff is friendly & very helpful when checking in, the hotel is suitable for family staycation, the access is close to the city center and shopping centers, the food at breakfast is also varied. Hopefully the cleanliness of the bathroom can be improved.

A fairly comfortable hotel for a staycation in Bogor, the staff is quite responsive and friendly. The downside during the stay was that on one day the water was off from morning to noon so I couldn't use the bathroom. This can cause discomfort. In addition, there is still a lack of porters to help lift suitcases.

Last week stayed here for 1 night with family and friends. The location is very strategic, close to the mall and toll gate. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also quite complete and tastes good. Parking space is not too much, but it is quite helpful to be arranged by the security staff. The only thing that is not good is the room and lobby Wifi which have a bad connection. Hopefully it will be a material for improvement in the future.

The hotel staff is friendly, the bed sheet has stains like pen scribbles or something, black color so it's not very clean but I didn't have time to take a photo. Overall it's comfortable, the hotel's air is not scary, there is a gallon of water for refilling for drinking. The hotel is crowded, close to the mosque, mall, the room's AC is just right, not too cold.

We stayed 3 nights in Suite 307. Honestly, we initially chose this room because we wanted a balcony (our habit when we go to a hotel in the afternoon/evening is to sit and relax while drinking coffee or tea on the balcony while looking at the mountain/citylight view. It turned out that oops, the balcony was closed with a fairly high wall, even higher than my child. Hopefully the balcony can be renovated later, Luminor, maybe the wall can be made a little lower or it can also be replaced with an iron fence that can still be safe if you bring small children because a balcony must have a function other than for those who smoke, it must be for sitting and relaxing. It's a shame that the room concept is good, the only minus is the closed balcony *The bathroom should have a door on the shower area.. because imagine if we finished swimming and then took a relay shower, the water would definitely go everywhere.. so we could distinguish between the dry and wet parts. *Breakfast so far is delicious/seasoned, only the menu is not very varied. Breakfast buffet (my child paid) 3 days fish-chicken menu (no meat), vegetables are similar to capcay 3 days, but the chicken porridge is delicious, the only problem is that the condiments are often empty & when it is filled, it takes 15-20 minutes before there is another one. For the stairs, the neighbor in the next room is very noisy when going up and down the stairs.. we have reported it to the reception, but maybe everyone is different.. but the noise is very disturbing until we videoed it because we were so annoyed. Planned to have a barbershop if asked by the hotel, but it turned out not to be. *Good hotel access near the toll road, in front of the mall (heaven for children & mommies), there are also many culinary places in Bogor. *The Infinity Pool is AWESOME.. Had a short but sweet staycation at Luminor Hotel Padjajaran during the Eid holiday with my family, and it was the perfect way to wrap up our vacation. The location is very strategic — not far from the Jagorawi toll exit, and what really made us choose this place was its position right across from the Jasmine Lobby of Botani Square Mall. Shopping or grabbing a bite was just literally a few steps away! The hotel was quite busy when we checked in, and there was a bit of a line for the elevators. The lobby isn't too spacious since it shares the area with Saung Redjo Restaurant and a little playground, but it's still cozy enough. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They even provided free valet service, and parking was free as well. We requested a room with the best view, and they gave us a high-floor room facing Mount Salak — the view was absolutely stunning. The pool area was another highlight, offering panoramic views of three mountains: Salak, Gede, and Pangrango. Unfortunately, the gym wasn’t fully functional during our stay, which was a bit of a letdown. But the breakfast made up for it, with a wide variety of options — from Western dishes to Indonesian favorites. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. A great place for a family staycation, especially if you want to stay close to a shopping mall. Would definitely consider coming back again!

first time checking in at this hotel, all staff from security to OB are friendly and agile. I ordered 2 rooms even though there was no connecting door I asked for adjacent rooms and they were able to. I was told to wait for the room to be prepared but the agile officer gave me 1 room first that was ready then the key was delivered to the other room. for the breakfast menu it is not much different from other hotels I have visited, a complete menu with a variety of flavors, some are delicious and some are just so-so in my opinion. when checking out, the plus point was the security who helped my mother down the stairs, wow I have never gotten that in other hotels. other than that, the Luminor Padjajaran Hotel is indeed worthy of a 4 star.
