I made many requests and was welcomed by the staff, got the 30th floor and the view was nice, the room was okay and very cold, the gym and swimming pool facilities were also good, the deposit refund was also very fast. The downside is that the sheets were a bit dirty, the bathroom and the jet shower were broken but still usable.
