Good place, near from the city center.

beautiful place ... hotel room its okay .i stay 4 night but hotel service not cleaning room for everyday.😶

All recommendations, only the staff service is not very friendly and slow.

The view is very nice and the room is clean. The swimming pool is very spacious.

This hotel is a GEM of KL! I loved every aspect of this hotel! The room was spectacular! But the star of the show was the Pool on 52nd floor! Breath-taking view of the Petronas Twin Tower and the city skyline. I will definitely come back to stay here my next visit to KL

The room was super nice, spacious, clean, and complete with great facilities like an iron, hairdryer, and even a washing machine. Nothing to worry about in terms of the amenities. Overall, it was really comfortable. The location is also quite strategic, not too far from the Bukit Bintang area. However, what really matters in a hotel is hospitality. Sadly, the staff were not friendly at all. No smiles, very cold attitude, and the way they talked was very blunt, it didn’t make us feel welcome or at ease. Another issue: there's a cash-only deposit of RM300. I didn’t have that much cash, so I had to go out and walk around 7 minutes to find an ATM. They didn’t accept credit cards for the deposit, which was quite inconvenient. During check-in, there were two staff members — one female and one male. The female staff seemed quite unapproachable, while the male staff was slightly better, but still neither of them smiled. Also, note that check-in and key collection isn’t done at the main lobby — you have to go down to B1.

new aparthotel located just a step away to the famous bukit bintang and alor street. however the toilet in the room leaked and had a bad smell. overall, i enjoyed stay here especially the skypool view!

One of the best stay experience I have in Kuala Lumpur. It is walking distance to jalan alor, and the property itself is amazing. Very clean and nice design! Definitely we will stay again here for our next visit!

The room I took was a luxury suite, and it was indeed luxurious. The condition of the apartment looked new, spacious and comfortable. Very suitable for families. Feels like home.🤗🥰

The place is nice and strategic in the city center

Apart from towels, there are no facilities whatsoever. There are no toothbrushes either.

With the help of a sister, I returned my deposit of RM300. I wanted to check out at 7 am but the office was still closed.

Friendly staff, just arrived immediately greeted by the security outside asked and directed to check in, until escorted to the check in room, at check in explained the rules and given the key. Continue to the room which is very spacious with 2 rooms, the door uses a manual lock, the card is used for the elevator. Swimming pool and gym on the 12th floor, aesthetic swimming pool on the 52nd floor. If there is a complaint, just report it and the officer will come quickly. Cooking utensils can be requested if they are not available in the room. We ordered a room with 2 rooms, 1 of which has a bathtub. There is a deposit, the check out process is relatively fast. The distance to the shopping center (alor street, pavilion) is not too far, the road to klcc is relatively close. Recommended for those who are used to walking, for those who bring children or the elderly it is quite easy if you want to walk everywhere
