The room is dirty, the bathroom is dirty, the water is small, there are lots of mosquitoes, the AC is on but not cold at all, it is not recommended to stay, and it is not worth it for the price.

I booked 3 rooms, 2 of them had no water. When the staff came, they just said yes, they were fixing it, but it turned out they were just sitting in their room, not knowing what to do. We had to knock on the room before they could move even though it was already 10 pm. I will never book a hotel here again.

At that time I ordered 9 rooms, when they arrived the rooms were not ready....some of the water was off, some of the drains were clogged, but thank God around 18:00 the problem was resolved. The location is very strategic, unfortunately it is not supported by the readiness of the staff and the condition of the room ceiling. Of the 9 rooms I ordered, 3 got new rooms and 6 old rooms, the condition of the old rooms is what makes it a bit less than satisfactory. I chose this red door because it is close to the center of Kuningan and this is the second time I stayed there, the bathroom was dirty, and on March 24 I booked again through the Traveloka application, I stayed in 2 deluxe rooms and the first time I entered the room it was dusty then the bathroom was dirty until my husband cleaned the bathroom first and I swept the floor because I brought a baby and at 1 am I wanted to pee but there was no water until we used Aqua to clean up my pee and at 3 am for sahur we reported to the officer he said the water was off just wait we wait until the dawn call to prayer to pray not to mention the water we can't pray because there is no water and no hotel officer so we asked for help and at 7 am the water still hadn't turned on when we were going to take a shower, we were annoyed because we had been holding in our bowel movements and our stomachs were all sore and we asked the hotel officer for a room with water to be opened because we were going to take a shower and clean up and until we checked out the water still hadn't turned on. And it turned out that all the bathrooms in the hotel were dirty especially the closed ones. And there was one more thing that disappointed us the second time we left the baby rice tem food to the hotel staff in the morning we would pick it up, they said the staff who received it at night woke up in the afternoon and left it who knows where, until we checked out at 11 am the food was not there at our place. For that we were disappointed with the service and facilities and the hotel staff.
