Large room, new building, clean, friendly staff, close to dp mall, just walking distance. Next, if I go to Semarang, I will stay here again.

Very friendly staff, very clean hotel, spacious rooms, strategic location

It's been a habit to stay at Sewu in. With a very strategic location, in the city center close to the mall. It's also easy to find food. The employees are also friendly, the first day I stayed I got a room with all the facilities still okay, the room building is also new. The next day I was a bit disappointed. The room is still a new building, but the lower toilet is leaking (there is water coming out of the toilet seat). The bathroom also smells (maybe the air circulation is lacking). I've complained, but no action was taken. The room usually has glass, the last day there was no glass. The maintenance of each room needs to be considered again. It's a shame that the room is still new but the facilities are starting to break down.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are quite large, with large twin beds, the strategic location is one step to DP mall and Lawang Sewu, lots of food sellers around the hotel, really recommended.

Tempat yang nyaman, pelayanannya juga ramah dimana saya dibantu ketika harus check out lebih dari ketentuan yang ditetapkan karena alasan mendesak. Lain waktu ketika ke Semarang akan menginap kembali di sini. Terima kasih.
