When I arrived, it was beyond expectations the employees at check-in were friendly, took gofood orders, asked for the room to be cleaned, also okay. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Comfortable, it was just a bit crowded when there was a certain event. over all good

(+) The hotel location is relatively close to the city center, spacious parking, comfortable lobby + free infused water available, the elevator access is ok, there is 1 to the lobby and 1 to the parking lot directly and each floor has a fairly spacious lounge. Each room has a balcony and serves as a smoking area. (-) Booked 2 rooms but when checking in, which is classified as late check in but only 1 room was ready, then when entering the first room the floor was still wet as if it had just been mopped and had a slight musty smell even though when checking the second room it was fragrant even though the floor was still not dry. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so use the window.

The AC in the room was leaking, the pillowcases and towels were dirty, and they even asked for replacement.

The hotel is comfortable and aesthetic. The rooms are spacious and have balconies. Overall, it's very comfortable.

Overall it’s comfy and pretty nice Lobby was clean, all staff was friendly and helpfull. The experience 8.5/10 Thankyou and will be back

Check-in was fast, the room was spacious, and there was a balcony. The corridor area had plenty of seating for meetings. Value for money.

Nice, clean room, standard type still has balcony & minibar, maybe because I got a room near laundry room & restaurant, a lot of noise was heard, req astray to hk attnd was delivered directly, friendly staff especially receptionist during c/o c/i quickly & excellent, fast food order & waitress food delivery was very fast, next stay want to see the rooftop because yesterday didn't have time, thank you, greetings hotelier.

Well.. It's not the best place to stay, but since we have a specific event here. We chose to say here more that we are efficient and better organizations for ourselves. The room is OK but you could find a snowy fridge, a leaky toilet, and a smelly bathroom 😅 The meal was sad.. Like you, better not choose the breakfast package at all. Their great stuff is only their helpful staff. Good luck with this hotel, tho. You are okay but I'm probably not going to stay anymore 😅

Yesterday there were no towels in my room, so I had to ask for them. They said they were still cleaning them.
