The place is small, parking is limited, you can't smoke in the room.

The room is quite spacious, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is quite okay, maybe the cleanliness needs attention. The towels are a bit dirty. The tissue box and soap dispenser may have been forgotten to be filled, so when we entered it was empty. So far it's ok for a budget hotel for work purposes.

easy check in, only, I arrived early at 1 am but could not check in had to wait until 2 pm to be able to check in. twin bungalow room, fragrant sheets and blankets.. the bathroom is damp and not very clean, the sink is not clean, but the hot water works well. please pay attention to the corners of the room when cleaning the room. thank you

Didn't have time to take pictures 🙏 Stayed in Standard Twin Bungalow- If it was clean, it would be more comfortable. The room looks like it hasn't been occupied for a long time. And it hasn't been cleaned since the last tenant. 1. Dust on the sink, shelves, glass, coffee table, kettle. 2. There are traces of soap liquid on the wall 3. Dirt stains on the sheets and gecko droppings 4. There is 1 food delivery tray that is also dirty (Yellow tray) However, the service and friendliness are very good. The food is also delicious. Thank you Humbly Hotel, thank God we can still rest after a long journey.

It's just lacking glass in the room. The rest are all good 😊

Breakfast menu is quite delicious, the room is nice. It's just a shame about the parking. For Cianjur, it's quite nice to stay here

The toilet smells fishy, the room smells of cigarettes, the sheets are dirty with lots of stains, the bath towels are dirty, the swimming pool can't be used, it's very uncomfortable.

The parking lot is narrow, so it's hard to get in and out of vehicles. Plus, the wifi went dead because it hadn't been paid for.

Very comfortable room, cleanliness is maintained, everything is complete, complete drinking water heater, android TV for watching, did not expect the place to be this comfortable, later if I go to Cianjur I will stay here again, from the outside it looks ordinary, but don't judge a book by the cover. Inside the room is recommended. The receptionist is friendly, maintain its cleanliness. Next time I will stay here again, because yesterday was a business trip, maybe later with family.
