Very good service and very friendly.

There are no security guards on standby to help with parking.

A clean hotel with views of Kuningan city and Mount Ciremai. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is quite comfortable, even though it's very cold during the summer. Parking is a bit difficult to access, but overall, the hotel is attractive. The breakfast menu is also quite good.

An interesting experience. And what we loved was the rooftop. The view was of the mountains, and the breakfast menu was also comprehensive. It was beautiful. Very memorable. The room was a bit cramped for those under 500 or above. But it was worth it. Thank you. 🥰

The place is good and pleasant

The location and view are actually strategic and good. However, near the chicken farm so it smells a bit in the morning and there are some flies Towels at check in (at 16.00) were not ready, the mat was not sent until check out even though I had called 3 times Breakfast was only ready at 7 Some of my rooms were booked via WA, they had paid in full before but at check in and at night they were still asking for payment. Asked for an invoice when paying in full but it was not given Actually the hotel is quite competitive because the location is close to tourist attractions, but please improve the hotel management

The bathroom smells, the service is very slow, the food in the restaurant is basic, staying 3 days 2 nights, the breakfast menu has no variation

I checked we got a room in 305 which smelled of mold, damp and stuffy we initially tried to open the window, but when we opened it, what came in was not fresh air but the smell of a chicken coop which turned out to be under our room there was a chicken farm, when we checked again in the toilet there were no towels and mats, we asked to change rooms but the management did not respond well because there was no manager who was there at that time only the front office could not decide and no hotel manager came to respond, finally we went down to the lobby to confirm the room change, no manager was at the hotel so we asked the front office to call the hotel manager. After being able to call the hotel manager we were given to move to room 303 which was better than 305 but were still disappointed with the condition of the room which was almost as damp and moldy. we chose this hotel which stated 4 stars, but it did not match what it should be providing 4 star service and facilities. The rooms were not well maintained by the hotel. We do not want to check in here again and we do not recommend this hotel. Until we checked out, no one from the hotel responded to our discomfort. For the price listed as 4 stars, it needs to be questioned, because it is very inappropriate for the comfort facilities provided for the price listed. The star status also needs to be questioned to the party that gave the stars.

The atmosphere and view are pleasant, and the location is good because it is close to Arunika. But unfortunately the building is poorly maintained & cleanliness is not maintained, especially around the elevator & restaurant.

I booked 2 rooms, check in time was already 22.30, when I entered the room the room smelled musty, finally we sprayed perfume so the musty smell would disappear, when I wanted to take a shower the water heater didn't work so we all took a shower using cold water that was like ice, especially since we brought small children, you can imagine how cold it was and it turned out that in the morning the water heater didn't work either The trash can was also dirty, not lined with a plastic bag so the remains of the trash were still stuck and not cleaned When we had breakfast at 7 am that morning there was only a little food left, there weren't many choices either, I'm fed up and won't want to stay here again

The downside is that the reception is very unkempt and dirty, and the breakfast is all gone at 8 o'clock, that's the only downside for me,,, for the comfort of the room and the staff, everything is okay 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Nice place and have friendly staff, near from Arunika Garden and Palutungan. Will be back if go to Kuningan next time.

Arrived at 16.30, the room was ready but there was no towel and the door lock needs battery replacement. I waited too long for amenities and lock repair.

The hotel was quiet but the facilities were not ready, when we checked in mineral water was not available, towels were not ready, the mat was not available until we checked out even though we had asked for it, plus the lights went out.

the hotel was not ready, the sheets were dirty as if they had not been changed, then asked for a change directly from housekeeping. the electricity went out at 20.25, there was no GENSET, no emergency lamp. finally we were forced to move hotels. The next day we asked for compensation, and only an apology and a 20% discount for the next booking. this is a public lie, because it is listed as *3, there should be a GENSET. Unless it is written as *2 we understand

The hotel is very bad, all areas of the hotel are dirty, the receptionist is not friendly, we booked 2 rooms, after coming to see them, we immediately canceled and could not get a refund because it was already 13 PM, there was no security in the parking lot, for our safety, it is better for us to cancel our stay.

The place is cool, close to tourist attractions, good service, complete facilities. Worth the price.

please pay more attention to cleanliness, the room has a lot of spider webs under the table and in front of the door, there are lots of flies in front of the room, the hot water kettle is very dirty until we asked the staff to change it, the cups are not clean, there are no spoons/stirring tools provided, for the bathroom in the shower room there is no place to put soap so you have to put the soap on the toilet. the restaurant lacks variety of menus for breakfast all soy sauce menus (soy sauce chicken, soy sauce fried rice and soy sauce noodles), variations of mineral water/tea/coffee drinks. Only open at certain times 7-10 am and 6-10 pm so it is not very kids friendly if you want to order afternoon meals for children, just order online food. Because yesterday when we wanted to order the restaurant was not ready and asked to wait until 6 pm. it seems like there are not enough staff so there is not enough cleaning staff. even though the view, location and atmosphere are already very good. please improve it again.
