I checked we got a room in 305 which smelled of mold, damp and stuffy we initially tried to open the window, but when we opened it, what came in was not fresh air but the smell of a chicken coop which turned out to be under our room there was a chicken farm, when we checked again in the toilet there were no towels and mats, we asked to change rooms but the management did not respond well because there was no manager who was there at that time only the front office could not decide and no hotel manager came to respond, finally we went down to the lobby to confirm the room change, no manager was at the hotel so we asked the front office to call the hotel manager. After being able to call the hotel manager we were given to move to room 303 which was better than 305 but were still disappointed with the condition of the room which was almost as damp and moldy. we chose this hotel which stated 4 stars, but it did not match what it should be providing 4 star service and facilities. The rooms were not well maintained by the hotel. We do not want to check in here again and we do not recommend this hotel. Until we checked out, no one from the hotel responded to our discomfort. For the price listed as 4 stars, it needs to be questioned, because it is very inappropriate for the comfort facilities provided for the price listed. The star status also needs to be questioned to the party that gave the stars.
