There is no room service for stays under 7 days. We clean the trash in the room ourselves 🙈😅 Checking in is a bit tricky because there is no receptionist, so it's quite complicated because you have to make a video call, fill in a Google link, fill in your credit card details... There is no additional shampoo, toothpaste and soap. There is no mineral water, coffee or tea in the room. Whereas other hotels with the same price range already have complete amenities. The room is not soundproof, the sound of people in the corridor to people on the street can be heard from inside the room. The carpet is a bit dirty and dusty. The good thing is that this hotel is very close to the Little India MRT, just walk. The AC is cold. The check out process is fast. The WiFi is quite fast. There is a hairdryer and mini refrigerator in the room.

The hotel is quite good, but the facilities are lacking. The water is said to be from the tap, but the tap water smells a bit, so it's not very convincing. And the check-in process is a bit difficult. Close to Rochor Station.

The location is near Little India Station, 5 minutes walk. There is a Sevel on the right side of the road. To check in at the lobby online. Yesterday I ordered a deluxe room, the size is okay. Not too small. There are many places to eat Indian food around the hotel.

This is the first time I've stayed in a starred hotel but I have to pay for housekeeping facilities for cleaning the room 🙄

The hotel is nice. Clean and spacious. It's just a bit complicated when checking in 😁 because I've never checked in independently.

The bathroom drain was a bit clogged, so after showering the water was stagnant and took a long time to drain. Other than that, everything was great during my stay there.

The cleaning staff are very friendly and nice, the room is very clean with a good price, the location is not too close to the station but still accessible on foot, and the check in check out process is fast.

The location is near the Little India MRT, a 5 minute walk. We took the courtyard type, the room was spacious, the size of a Singapore hotel. There is a small balcony so it's not stuffy. The facilities are quite complete in the room, there is a hard dryer, there is a shared kitchen, there is also an iron that can be borrowed. The bathroom has a bidet in each room. If you're hungry, it's very close to Seven Eleven and Indian restaurants. The minus is that for those who stay more than a day, the amenities are very little soap and shampoo and there are no refills. Coffee, tea and mineral water are also not available, so if you want to drink, tap the tap water and then cook it yourself with an electric kettle. Overall quite okay and comfortable staying here.
